Nestled on the second floor of the Aspens complex, this charming home is the epitome of comfort and relaxation. The inviting living area complete with a charming gas fireplace, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere, while the serene forest patio view provides a picturesque backdrop for ultimate unwinding. After a thrilling day on the mountain or in the village, guests can take full advantage of the lodge's communal pool and three rejuvenating hot tubs to relax.

The Aspens is an updated lodge-style building, nestled slope side on Blackcomb Mountain with ski in/ski out convenience. Guests are within walking distance of both Blackcomb Base and Whistler Village. A highly desirable location.

⌂ Ski-in, ski-out ability depends on the snow levels and lift operations. You can typically ski-in and out between mid - December and end of March. You can call our reservation agents a few days before your arrival to get an update on current conditions.
⌂ No smoking, no pets, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units, minimum booking age of 25.
⌂ Base occupancy is 5 adults and max occupancy is 6 adults. The sixth adult pays C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.

A "5" despite a handful of small shortfalls

This is clearly a popular accommodation spot for regular users and VRBO clients, and we are happy we booked. The apartment was spacious, reasonably laid out, clean, and well equipped. Instructions on use were clear. Even more, it backs onto the Blackcomb gondola, which means that in the winter it is ski-in, and during the summer one can walk on a rough gravel trail that heads down into the Upper Village. Parking is available underground for a fee. We noted three small shortfalls: the second double bed was a bit unsupportive for the member of our group staying in that room, the coffeemaker produced ditchwater until we gave it a thorough cleaning, and the two outside armchairs are a fairly uncomfortable rocker design. None of these comments, though, brings the rating down from a 5.

Great location and clean

Really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and getting in was easy. It is within walking distance of the upper village with just a small hill to get up. The parking was reasonable for a resort town, but just be aware that you will have to pay for the parking when you arrive using a kiosk.

We stayed at your property in July and overall, we had a lovely time. The interior was just as pictured—tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the location, with its close proximity to the Upper Village and access to the pool, which made for a great family experience.That said, there were a few aspects we struggled with during our stay. Despite the premium high-season rate, the unit did not have air conditioning, and unfortunately, the fans provided did not offer sufficient ventilation. It made it quite difficult to stay inside during the daytime. Additionally, one of the window frames was broken, which allowed insects to come in at night.Another point of concern was the booking and communication process. We received multiple emails, SMS messages, and even calls—including requests for a review while we were still staying there. It was a bit disruptive to our vacation and left us feeling somewhat pressured.The property itself has a lot of potential, and we truly enjoyed the amenities. Just as a note for future guests, the 4pm check-in and 10am check-out might feel a bit rushed for families with children.Thank you for hosting us—we hope this feedback is helpful.

The apartment was excellent. Clean, nicely furnished and very comfortable. The only issue we had was Outpost is not contactable from 5pm and we had an issue. Ideally someone needs to be contactable to address issues, especially as checkin is not till 4pm. Outpost was very good the next day and resolved our issue the next day. Also the double mattress in the 2nd bedroom is pretty saggy. Probably fine for a child but not an adult. We'd definitely stay again. A great apartment and an easy 15min walk into main village.

Ok stay in Whistler

The apartment is in a great location and well furnished. Unfortunately there is no form of air conditioning or fan in the unit meaning when days reached in excess of 30degrees Celsius the apartment was sweltering. The bedrooms also don’t have drapes only blinds so the sunlight was in the bedrooms from 4am - 10pm making is difficult to sleep. Unfortunately on our first evening the shower was being repaired. The owner let us know but didn’t offer any compensation even though we had just arrived after a 15hr journey.

Great Place for family!

Wonderful property! Great quiet location and pool. Unit was very clean and pleasant. Our only issue was the women working at the front desk durning check in very rude when we were asking questions about our check in, parking and directions to unit. Other then that it was a very nice stay.

5 Stars in Beautiful Blackcomb!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely, clean and well appointed condo on Blackcomb Mountain. Communication with our host was excellent and the location is perfect with ski in/out accessibility and storage of our skis onsite. We also enjoyed being able to walk to the village for shopping and restaurants. I would not hesitate to stay here again on future trips to Whistler!

Just the right size for us to ski all week! The apartment was clean and pretty. The location is great — just up the hill from the blackholm gondola, so it's an easy walk or ride there, and an easy walk back to the apartment.

Beyond beautiful.

Beautiful place to stay close to ski lift and town. Loved the condo! Very nice and welcoming. Everything is walkable no need for car. Parking is an extra fee for the place. The front desk staff not very helpful or friendly. Maybe we weren’t suppose to use them to answer questions. More information regarding ski passes /rentals would’ve been super helpful as we ended up spending extra as we didn’t know there was a ski rental place onsite. Buy ski pass before your actual ski arrival!

Great location

Location is great. It’s just a 5 min walk down the slop to the upper village which I personally prefer. The place is very clean and comfortable. The only thing is the mattress in the lower bunk bed has a weird big dent in it which makes it very uncomfortable. Other than that, it’s a great place!

Perfect Alpine Spot

Perfect condo for a family to enjoy Whistler/Blackcomb. Ambient noise was minimal, access to facilities etc was easy. Beds were comfy, kitchen and bathrooms were clean and inviting. Didn’t love interaction with front desk staff but that’s not a reflection on the host. Also, the wasps in the hallway was unsettling. Very much interested in staying again, thank you!

Very comfortable place with a soothing view to the trees. It was also very quiet. It was very clean except for the outside grill. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable as opposed to that in the second bedroom. It was still ok. The location was very convenient to walk to the village. Person in the lobby was helpful. We were surprised the building was like a large hotel with long hallways. We were expecting something much smaller. However, the underground parking was convenient with luggage carts for transporting our things up to the 2nd floor in the elevator.
