Mountain Villas 9B5 has thirty-four steps to enter, is multi-level, and is

within walking distance of the golf course. This pet-friendly unit offers

internet access, has a standard rating, and sleeps eight. The living room

features a flat-screen TV (please note the fireplace is not available for

guest use).



There is a fully functional kitchen, and the dining room seats four. Off the

kitchen, you'll find a sleeping area with a double bed and a single bed.

Additionally, this level includes a bedroom with a king bed and a full bath.

Follow the spiral staircase upstairs to find a second bedroom with a double

bed and a loft area featuring a daybed, sharing a second full bath.



This unit is just a short complimentary shuttle ride to the slopes and main

resort. The small viewing deck offers a view of Seven Springs Mountain

Resort's beautiful wooded landscape. Gas grill use is prohibited. Please note

that Mountain Villas are not ski-in/ski-out.



Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit. However, there is plenty of

overflow parking available on-site within the Community. All homes include

whole-house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included),

iron/Ironing board, expanded cable in the living room, dishwasher (detergent

provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included), and a fully functional

kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper.



During the summer months, this unit is conveniently located within walking

distance of the community pool. In addition, all condominium guests are

welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs

(reservations required).







Mountain Villas is located within a short driving distance from the main

entrance to Seven Springs Mountain Resort and is located within walking

distance to Highlands Golf Course. The homes range in size from a cozy

1-bedroom to 4-bedrooms where you are sure to find the perfect fit to enjoy

everything Seven Springs in the Laurel Highlands has to offer. Mountain Villas

are not Ski In/Ski Out.



All Mountain Villas condo rentals offer whole house air conditioning,

washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded

cable in the main living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath

linens (soap/shampoo not included), and a fully functional kitchen that

includes utensils/cookware/flatware and paper towels/trash bags/toilet tissue.

_**No indoor fireplace usage is available at Mountain Villas.**_



In the summer months you may enjoy access to community outdoor pool. All

condo rental guests are also welcome to utilize the resort's main

indoor/outdoor pools. This community offers complimentarily shuttle service

year-round to the main resort.

Our stay was very weirdly formatted. In one of the bedrooms, there was a mirror facing where you slept, which is a very taboo thing to have. Bathroom sinks had weird stains and many of the utensils/pots/pans were so dirty. There was also a leak from the upstairs shower and water would drip into the living room carpet. Contacting the property was very difficult and parking was very frustrating because of the lack of unit labels, so even though I was supposed to be “guaranteed” a parking space, I still had to wait until another tenant left the parking lot. Very eerie and uncomfortable experience.

The concerns about the mirror placement and cleanliness of the kitchenware and sinks are definitely not what we aim for, and we'll address these with our housekeeping team. The leak from the upstairs shower and parking difficulties sound particularly frustrating, and I apologize for the inconvenience. We're currently working on improving both our maintenance and communication processes to prevent such problems in the future.
