About this property

Short Walk to Cowes - Large Family Home Pets Welcome

Need a place to stay that is family friendly and that includes the furry ones? This house is situated close to all that Cowes offers. Walk to restaurants, shops and activities, or take the car and be at the beach in a few minutes.

We have 4 bedrooms in the main house that can sleep up to 9. We are also baby friendly with a porta cot, high chair and bouncer. Upstairs is the main living area with cathedral ceilings and outdoor area. Comfy couches and lots of seating means family gatherings are catered for. Books, games and everything you need to settle in and have a great holiday is there. You don't need to bring anything except what you want to eat.

The house has WiFi and a split system upstairs. Downstairs there are fans and heaters for each room. There are lots of spare blankets and towels, even some for the pets.

Boogie boards and fishing equipment is available for you to use

The backyard is safely fenced and we love pets coming to visit.

A lovely home for a family to stay very comfortably for a little break or a longer holiday.

The location was great - close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. The home was wonderful - everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our doggos loved it too!

We had a lovely stay here and very central to everything, and close enough to walk into town easily. The host was easily contactable & helpful in getting an initial hiccup resolved. Was a perfect property for our and dog with secure fencing. Would recommend.

The home was very well equipped for a family and in a good location. Whilst the inside of the home was clean enough, the outside was a little tired & neglected however still a great place for one or two families to stay.

Better than expected

We loved our stay! So close to everything and the house had everything we needed. The pictures really dont do the house justice, especially the upstairs area which is so nice! Appreciated all the extra towels, sheets, pillows, etc. We have already booked again for next year and will definitely approach Deb for any additional trips to Phillip Island.

Very practical, well stocked, homely holiday!

We stayed with another family & all of our young kids over Jan. Super practical with the layout, sliding door to separate two families and clean enough but not so much that we were worried about dogs/kids mess (which of course we cleaned). Supplied highchair. Cot, had fishing rods, boogie boards, kitchen staples. So good

A home away

We had a wonderful stay, beautiful decorations and the house got everything we need, lots of kitchen ware and even coffee machines, lots if toys, card games and books, wifi was smooth, right in the heart of Cowes. Deb is always quick and helpful to answer your questions. Highly recommended. We’d love to come back.

Great place let down by lack of cleanliness and maintenance.

Great location and size with really comfy beds and amazing water pressure inn the shower. Unfortunately, let down by the lack of cleanliness - the house was extremely dusty (setting off allergies), cobwebs and spiders (dead and alive) everywhere and some sliding doors were hard to operate, often sticking and jamming (upstairs deck and laundry), the jets in the spa bath didn't appear to work wither).
