Terraços do Atlântico Building—Beautiful oceanfront apartments with spectacular views, ideal for those seeking quality, comfort, and hotel-style services. Located along the boardwalk and the famous Praia Ideal beach, between Iracema and Beira Mar beaches, with taxis right at the door and a minibus that stops right in front. The Feirinha market is 800 metres away, and 300 metres away you’ll find Monsenhor Tabosa Avenue (a famous shopping district and banking hub). The most important events (Carnival, New Year’s Eve, concerts) take place right in front of the building.
Included Services:
- Wi-Fi, cable TV.
Services Not Included:
- Electricity consumption (R$ 1.30 per kW consumed). We take metre readings upon check-in and check-out, calculate the total at the end of your stay, and payment will be made via bank transfer or cash.
A security deposit of an average of R$ 200.00 per night will be charged (this will be refunded at the end of the stay, minus the cost of electricity used and any damage to the property, IF ANY).
Cleaning service, including replacement of bed linens and towels (EXTRA CHARGE).
-Please note that there will be an additional charge for EXTRA guests. (R$ 35.00 per extra guest, with a maximum of 6 people in the apartment). (The daily rate is based on 4 people).
