Enjoy one of three separate outdoor areas under the privacy of the large trees.

The Space:
Set over three levels - on the groundfloor you have one of the guest bedrooms with 1 queen and 1 single bed. Off this room is a private tree covered outdoor area - perfect for an evening BBQ. There is also a bathroom and laundry on the groundfloor level. The garage is converted into a games room where you can enjoy table tennis and darts - there is also an additional fridge in here.
The second level offers the living / dining and kitchen area which is spacious and offers a lovely view over the park across the road. There is a small balcony off the dining area.
The third level is where the master bedroom is with it's own ensuite. This is a gorgeous space with angled windows and it's own private balcony.
Parking on the driveway available for 2 cars a bonus in this downtown location.
