You’ll have access to the entire property when you stay here, so it will feel like your own home.

FOB key did not work for parking acces. Building managemet helped us get in upon request, however had to leave after 2 hrs as could not sort out parking occupied by another car. The apartment parking was occupied by another car. The host placed the responsibility on us to sort out parking with building management.Eventually had to find paid parking 1 km away from property, sat eve gold coast. 1st day no beach as delayed trying to sort parking, 2nd day we could only enter in the afternoon as all beach gear was in the car. No use of property being beach front. Severly dampened our holiday experinece.keys were not available in the box until 3pm. Soneone walked in after 3 pm to keep keys and shared there were cleaning delays. We had arrived early but were happy to wait several hours, this was entirely on usBut to wait even for a few mijutes after 3 pm is not fair. Could have ignored this in feedback if not for the parking issue, which made our stay incredibly difficult.

We acknowledge the issues you raised around the FOB key not working for parking, the allocated space being occupied by another vehicle, and the difficulty this caused in accessing the apartment and enjoying the beach as planned. We also note your comments regarding having to find paid parking nearby and the delay in accessing keys at check-in due to cleaning delays, which understandably added to the frustration.
