A unique top floor corner unit that boasts high ceilings, a private deck and unobstructed views of the mountains and pine trees. We fell in love with this property at first sight and hope you will as well. It is located in The Village, where you will enjoy restaurants, cafes, boutiques, a yoga studio and spa, and a wide range of festivities year-round, including concerts, events and outdoor movies in the summer.
In the winter and spring, a short walk to the gondola will have you on the mountain in minutes. After a day of fun on the slopes, you can ski directly back to the condo using The Village Ski Back Trail. This trail begins on the slopes and ends at a bridge that connects to our building (White Mountain).
In the summer and fall, you will enjoy the free Village events, hiking, biking, fishing and more. The footbridge at the base of the condo leads to the path for hiking or biking. The free shuttle and lake trail trolley picks up and drops off across the street from the condo. It will bring you (and your bikes) to the bike park and trails.
In the unit, the fully furnished kitchen opens to the dining area and a cozy living room. Step outside onto the private deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air, sit by the fire to read a book, play one of the board games, or enjoy the huge 65" TV for streaming content or browsing through channels.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and its own updated en suite bathroom, with separate bath and shower. The second bedroom has two full-sized bunks and a trundle bed. Each room has its own TV. The living room couch has a new, very comfortable, foam mattress sofa bed.
During your stay you will have access to 3 fitness centers (with Peloton bikes), 3 outdoor spas, multiple fire pits, BBQs and a year-round outdoor heated pool. If that was not enough, there is also an arcade room, movie room and business center.
You will have access to your own heated ski/snowboard locker to keep all your gears and boots warm and dry.
A parking space is conveniently located directly under the condo in a secured and heated garage (with charging stations). Bike storage is in a cage in the garage, bring your own bike lock.
Additional details you should know: * The garage parking clearance is 8 ft 6 inches. * Ski, snowboard, poles and ski/snowboard boots are not allowed in the unit. Please store them in the heated locker provided (on the first floor, to the right when facing the elevators, down the hall). * Bike storage is in a cage in the garage, bring your own bike lock. * No smoking, nor pets permitted in the unit. * Wifi is complementary. * There is a, credit card operated, laundry room (on the first floor, to the right when facing the elevator).
NOTE: Facing the trees and mountains from every side, the unit feels secluded and quiet; distinct from other units in The Village, you will not hear the restaurants/bars noise. However, the city of Mammoth Lakes will snowplow the roads when needed. It can be noisy and unfortunately this is usually done early in the morning; it is the price to pay for good road conditions while enjoying powdered slopes.
The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Before you leave please make sure you:
1. Turn off the fireplace or air conditioner
2. Empty the fridge/freezer
3. Turn off all the lights and fans
4. Turn down the heaters in both bedrooms to 60F
5. Close windows and doors
6. Put dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on
7. Take trash to the chute (down the hall on your left before the elevators)
8. Return 2 key cards ($50 each if not returned)
9. Place the parking pass ($100 if not returned) on kitchen counter.

I had a great stay! The location was perfect and super convenient. Love the location in the village! The amenities were wonderful, and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, a toaster, a coffee machine, and everything one needs. It made my stay easy and comfortable. I definitely come back!
The condo felt very cozy. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Excellent location! Easy access to canyon lodge and main lodge (via bus).
The condo is exactly as described. Very comfortable, clean with all the basics provided so you don't need to worry about a trip to the stores first thing after your arrival. As we got snowed in, we made good use of the fire place and games provided. Thanks for making your condo so "homey" and sharing it with us.
Communication was great. The hosts were very responsive & I appreciate that. The unit was a lovely escape from the blizzard .. unable to ski 2 out of the 4 days however, we were very comfortable perched in the condo w/ the snow blanketing the town. The unit was well equipped w/cooking gear & even a few spices. Loved the underground parking .. no shoveling required. Unfortunately, the gym had lots of broken equipment & the hot tub for the bldg was closed for repair.. trekked to the main village bldg & joined the masses in 2 common area hot tubs.

We are very sorry about the gym and hot tub. Since those are managed by the building HOA and not our specific unit, we were disappointed to hear they weren't in great shape. We’ve passed your feedback along to the building maintenance team to ensure they get fixed.
End unit is very desirable. Everything we needed, except for supermarket, within walking distance which was perfect for a short stay. Underground parking was another benefit in this busy mountain resort. Hosts were friendly and supportive, it was a pleasure doing business with them.
You can’t beat this location in the village. We had access to restaurants and an easy gondola ride to the mountain. The condo was comfortable. While the location is central with that comes noise from the street and waking up to trucks plowing the roads in the winter. Overall a great stay.
This unit is perfectly located right in the heart of the village. Easy access to the village shops, restaurants, and a very short walk to the gondolas. The unit itself was tastefully, decorated, well appointed, and comfortably accommodated my family of five. I would absolutely return.
Our family enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was a perfect amount of space for our family where we could cook and relax after the ski day. The unit has higher ceilings so feels more open and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and most importantly the unit was very clean which can be a challenge to find in mammoth. The location is perfect for quick access via the gondola up to Canyon.

Stayed 3 nights with our teenage boys. The unit was clean and cozy with ample space. The oversized couch was comfortable and the fireplace heated the living room well. The views were absolutely stunning. The master bath was well appointed and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The location is ideal. Black velvet coffee is at the bottom of the elevator and the Village restaurants and shops are convenient. East access to the mountain via the Village Gondola. The heated ski locker was amazing and underground parking is a bonus. Will definitely stay again.
We have stayed in this unit before. Like the top floor, corner end unit, end of hallway. Quiet, with nice deck and view. Comfortable bed with private bath. Great kitchen with all the right parts. Every convenience provided. Hosts contacted us prior and during our stay. Good instruction and information provided in a notebook on the coffee table in the room. The transit bus stop is across the street. We did not need to drive and park at the ski area. Much appreciated at the end of the ski day.
We came up for a long weekend for everyone to ski/snowboard. Location is perfect in the village and close to the gondola. Cecile and Paul were easy to work with, any questions they quickly responded. The condo is very nicely redone with tall ceilings, which makes the space feel even bigger.
The street noise issue could be a factor if you are a light sleeper and/or have the windows open.
Plenty of space, excellent location. Everything was clean and in good repair. Well organized and equipped kitchen. Ceiling fans in all rooms are a huge plus! If I had to offer one criticism it would be that the mattress and pillows in the master bedroom weren't that great - not terrible, but not wonderful. Just meh.

Love the place but….
Nice view and a lovely condo. It is well kept!
However, advise to do a better job of letting renters know how incredibly noisy it is from garage door opening in building and overall street activities noises. This was prohibitive to good sleep.
Also no parking pass was on the counter as stated. We had to figure out a way to get temporary parking pass for the garage. This was a hassle….
For these two reasons above I cannot give a 5 stars…3 stars!

We’re very surprised to read your comments. Prior to your arrival, we had mentioned that our last guest hadn’t returned the parking pass and we had pre-arranged a pass for you at the front desk. At your request, we were also able to arrange for you to get a second parking pass (something rarely available in winter months).
The street noise you mention might have been a snowplow, since the garage is not located under the unit and the condo is not facing The Village’s bars nor restaurants.

This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom corner condo in the Village was a great layout for our family of 4. The master bedroom king bed is very comfortable. The room is spacious as well as the master bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has really tall ceilings and my teenagers were comfortable in the bunk beds. It does get hot in the house without AC. We had the fans on all day long. There is 1 portable AC unit that we used in the kids room because their room got the most sun in the morning. You must use the coil to push the hot air out the window so the cool air stays inside the room. The house has great accomodations: fully stocked kitchen, comfy family room seating, patio chairs on the outside patio, and large dining room table, great storage in closets/ dressers in both rooms, plus amenities like the pool/jacuzzi/gym, was awesome! It was noisy being the corner condo facing the street. Bring ear plugs to help with morning delivery trucks and just normal traffic. Evenings are very quiet and peaceful.
Property manager was great! Instructions and help were much appreciated.
We hope that you will enjoy our condo, the town and all that the Sierras have to offer. This is our first "home away from home" in Mammoth, even though we know the mountain well. We have rented here for many years. Paul learned to ski here, 40+ years ago, back when the mountain had T-bars. We look forward to your visit!

This is the only top floor corner unit in the building that faces the mountains and treetops. Most other units in The Village face another unit. Being on the top floor and away from the noise you will enjoy the spacious high ceilings, beautiful views, and easy access to everything.
