It will is secured by a closed circuit television (CCTV)

Please note that:

*Guests must climb stairs (Not PWD & Senior Citizen Friendly)

*Tricycles, Jeepneys, Bus are not allowed to enter the village

*Extra Container of 5 Gallons of Water is charged at P100

*Please bring your own towels, extra blankets and disposables.

*Reservation is only for the number of guest indicated in the booking. Extra Guests/Visitors are allowed with an additional cost of P400 per additional person (per day) thereafter. Bring your own towels. For early check-in/late check-out, kindly pre-arrange with host beforehand, fee of Php 2000 per hr applies.

*Clean as you Go Policy or Pay P1,000 for the cleaning fee.

*Do not leave your dirty dishes on the sink, or else we will charge a P1,000 cleaning fee.

*Kindly bring insect repellants as we are surrounded by plants

*We are in a PRIVATE VILLAGE. Noise is allowed up to 10pm only.

Rebooking is allowed ONCE for as long as the dates are available and 1 MONTH prior the original date otherwise we will not accept your request. We will also not accept any Cancellation if less than 1 MONTH prior from the Original Date.
