Just the Spot

Summary:

Looking for the perfect holiday spot for the whole family, look no further than Just the Spot. Located centrally in the heart of Myrtleford, it’s just 200m from the playground at Cundy Park and only a 500m walk to the town centre. With a new splash park installed for summer!



The Space:

Just the Spot is an affordable, family, and pet-friendly holiday property.



This property can accommodate up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms. The property contains 2 separate bathrooms, one with the laundry facilities. The one toilet is located separately from both bathrooms.

The cozy living area combines the lounge, dining and kitchen. The outdoor dining area has a table to seat 6, and a BBQ in the fully enclosed backyard.

While it's a classic older home, it has everything you need for a comfortable base while exploring our beautiful Alpine region.

Alternatively if you're a contract worker Just The Spot can be booked for longer short term stays and is a comfortable base for individuals or groups looking for up to a 30 day stay, and rates can be negotiated.



You are provided with all linen, and a starter pack of amenities incl tea, coffee and shower products. For any further items needed there are two local supermarkets to find any extras you may need over your stay.

To enhance the cosiness of Just the Spot, there is a wood fire in the living room is available for your use. There is a starter pack comprising paper, kindling, and size-graded firewood, provided for your convenience. Alternatively, firewood and kindling can be purchased from our local Foodworks or local service stations.

Just the Spot has a covered single carport, and free off street parking available at the front of the property.



Guest Access:

Private entrance with lock box. Codes provided 24-48 hours prior to check in via automated message.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet residential area, there are parks, supermarkets a short walk away.



Getting Around:

Just The Spot is centrally located in Myrtleford. However we recommend a car for exploring all of the fabulous surrounding North East Victorian regions.

Great location for Weekend Break

Very comfortable and conveniently located property for a long weekend in Myrtleford. Lovely sun filled backyard for relaxing with a magazine.

Clean and easy

Thank you for the easy stay. We were travelling for a funeral and were very grateful for a homely, clean, and comfortable place to stay. The neighbourhood was cute and close to shops. We enjoyed our time exploring Myrtleford.

Great for family and pets

The property was great for the kids and pets close to shops and even closer to the park. With a few minor maintenance items required and a dedicated bathroom and toilet clean it would have been perfect. Really a great location and extremely pet friendly. Our pets were very happy and relaxed.

Adequate budget property.

Adequate older home if day tripping out. Secure yard for our dogs. Sadly, we were unaware there was significant (re-roofing) of property next door which meant builders on site 4 of our 6 days with all of the associated noise, music, lack of privacy that that means. We also had to contact agent as there were a couple of dripping taps (old washers) which could be heard throughout. Although it advertised a wooden fireplace, there was no wood.

The problem came when we were all going to have a shower ,we did not have enough hot water. We were given instructions bot it did not work well. Family was not happy of this part because we had a long day from Frankston and looking forward to a ward shower.

TheHouse had two double bedrooms and a big room that had two double bed, 2 single beds, a sofa and a large TV. This was a haven for the children separate from the adults. The kitchen had everything we needed. Excellent and we enjoyed our stay. I recommend this property for a large family or a total of 8 people. Thank you.
