The vacation continues. Enjoy your own private patio with a pool and spillover spa. Enjoy additional privacy with Florida screens around the pool. Whether you want to soak up the sun on one of the two lounge chairs or relax in the shade, undercover in this outdoor space has something for everyone. Enjoy an outdoor meal on the dining table for eight guests, or set up the drinks for the evening at the custom tiki bar. A 50-inch wall-mounted smart TV is great for keeping the little ones entertained outdoors while the outdoor ceiling fan keeps the breeze moving.

The downstairs bedroom is the back king master. This bedroom has a 60-inch wall-mounted smart TV and ceiling fan for additional comfort. Guests will enjoy the option of both a soaking tub and a shower, as well as a double vanity and separate water closet. This master bedroom also has direct access to the back patio.

In the downstairs hallway, guests will find the laundry room as well as a half bath. At the end of the hall, guests will be excited to find their own private arcade and game room. In the middle of the home are two more bedrooms to the middle, guests will enjoy a twin bedroom with custom accent walls designed to transform your stay to another whimsical local favorite! Across the hall, the little superheroes will take refuge in the kids' bedroom with a twin bedroom with a superhero theme. The little ones will also enjoy a wall-mounted smart TV. Please note this bedroom is specifically designed for children and the beds will not accommodate a full-size adult. These two bedrooms also share a full bathroom with double vanity in a separate water closet with a shower.

The front king master is as sweet as a peach! This elegantly decorated bedroom features, a king-size bed, and 55 inch-wall-mounted, smart TV, as well as an additional chair. All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
