- Fold out couch in living room- queen size bed.

- A twin size roll-away bed is also included with this suite. It is stored in the hall closet.

- With both the sofa bed and the roll-away bed, you just call to housekeeping and they will bring the linens and set up / make the beds for you upon request.

Excellent location to everything we were looking for and gorgeous view - great communication with host. we loved the hotel was quite and didn’t have a lot of traffic but was easy to access the strip and the sister hotels. Ford Brown was so helpful and very responsive when I was booking and trying to navigate the best place to stay for a group a 5.

The apartment is wonderful and the location is perfect! The walkway from here to Bellagio was closed and that was a bit of a bummer! Taxis where always easy to get out front though! The apartment has awesome views, plenty of space and is so comfortable!

The place has an incredible view - all the way around. Spectacular. That’s it thou. Checkin process was delayed. Mini bar was empty. TVs in bathrooms don’t work nor have remotes. Room safes were locked upon arrival. Room iPad did not work. Not a smart TV in the place which is odd considering the price. Will not go again. Incredibly disappointed.

This property was just as pictured. Beautifully decorated, clean, great views and comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are big, beautiful and comfortable..The kitchen is very modern, with high end appliances, but poorly stocked. Great location with easy and convenient walking access to the Aria and Cosmopolitan. Owner/host (Ford Brown) was very helpful, answered messages promptly and gave us great tips for our trip. I would highly recommend staying at this property with a group of 6 people max for comfort.

Ford was great to work with and his place is amazing! For a family trip to Vegas, his place is perfect….felt like a real hotel/condo, and loved that we didn’t have to walk 1000 miles through a smoky casino with our kids! It was as listed. No surprises. It was a perfect venue to have small social gathering and business meetings. Worked out great. The staff at the Vdara are very friendly and helpful. Other than check in being delayed, no other issues. Our host got a fair credit on our spending at Vdara to offse tthe delayed checkin.

Fantastic Penthouse in Las Vegas

The other reviews of this property are pretty spot-on. This is a phenomenal penthouse with views of the Strip, mountains, and other parts of the city. The host was fantastic and communicate well and timely during our entire stay. Everything you will need to enhance your stay is available, and the entire hotel is non-smoking and quiet, which is an added plus. This is a highly recommended location and a wonderful opportunity to experience the Las Vegas Strip without the noise and smoke of the casinos, and without experiencing any high resort fees. You will be excited to reserve this property and you couldn't ask for a better host. Clifford was the best! We'll definitely be back.
