The home was recently constructed, so 'like new' throughout, double glazed quiet, tastefully furnished with quality linen. Making it a joy to return to after being out and about. It's centrally located with easy access to arterial roads, so in minutes, be on a beach, shopping, eating out, visiting family, competing at NZ's National Centres for Aquatics, Hockey, Softball 'on the shore' and even Auckland city centre. Great stay

We had an absolutely delightful time! The house was clean and tidy, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we stepped inside. Paul went above and beyond by switching on the heater before our arrival, ensuring the house was warm and cozy. This was a thoughtful gesture, especially after enduring a chilly and wet day. Thanks, Paul!

Anne and I were born in Northern Ireland, went to school together and have lived on the North Shore of Auckland since 1978. We are both New Zealand citizens.For tmost of that tinme we have operated our own small businesses , however are now semi retired. We have 2 adult married daughters, one is a CA and the other did 5 years of University to achieve Architect qualification. The family has enjoyed particiaption in sport (soccer, athletics, field hockey and snow skiing). We have 2 grandchildren, with 2 more "on the way".
