Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. You may park two vehicles in the garage, and an additional 2 in the driveway in front of the garage. There is no street parking. STR # 108327

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time at this cabin! It was very clean, updated and comfortable for a large family. The neighborhood is quiet with beautiful views of the mountains. Its easy to get to the ski resort or just a beautiful setting if you want to stay cozy at the house.

Great house for 2 families

This house was perfect for our crew of 4 adults and 6 kids. The 2 king rooms were large and comfortable for the adults. The bunk room slept all 6 kids comfortably, but having the 4th queen room for a kid who couldn't sleep or needed space was a great option. The kitchen had everything we needed and the hot tub was great. It was a bit of a hike to the lift bus stop but the bus was a bit unpredictable anyway so we ended up driving most days, which made for an easier end of the day. We would definitely book this house again!

Great Service!!

There was a mix up and they didn't have our reservation because they were in the middle of a property management switch. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of! Winter Park Escapes is the best management company we have ever used and already planning a return visit.
