Very nice condo with all amenities. Could be more private and views are good, but limited. Really clean. Pleasant. Lots of little thoughtful extras. Nice. Close to town.

This is a great place to stay! Clean and comfortable place, close to shopping, dining, and the slopes! Having a private hot tub was a welcome treat after a day of skiing!

Can’t believe nobody said anything about a train about 100 yards away and waking us up at 11:30pm, 1;30am and 6:00 am every day along with several times during the day. The unit itself was good with the exception of the floors that had not been cleaned in a while, just dusting with a Swiffer that turned black from dirt. Otherwise well stocked and usable.

Enjoyed our stay

The townhouse was great. Good location near skiing and restaurants, and the free shuttle is a few steps away. Kitchen is very well stocked. Hot tub was perfect. I recommend that you put a rug pad under the area rug as it is very slippery and could easily cause a fall. Otherwise perfect!

Great space with plenty of room for the family

The house was great and location was perfect for a ski getaway weekend. All the appliances and everything worked as expected. The hot tub was a welcome site after a long day skiing.

Management was very quick to have a temporary microwave as when I tried to heat a meal for granddaughter, wires or something started burning and filling up house with smoke & alarms went off. Front foyer was a bit cramped trying to have 6 people take off shoes before going in, but we managed. Great stay overall!

When we arrived, getting into the townhome was easy thanks to the clear check-in instructions. As everyone rushed to pick out their rooms for the next five days, I took a moment to take it all in. The townhome was beautiful, welcoming, and had everything we needed.This was a much-needed getaway for my husband and me, and for the kids it truly felt like a home away from home. They couldn't wait to jump in the hot tub after we unpacked. We spent a lot of time relaxing, watching TV, cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, and enjoying all the amenities.I had read reviews mentioning the nearby train, but it never bothered us. There is also a beautiful trail at the entrance of the complex that leads to a scenic overlook with a gazebo and playground, which the kids loved.I visit Grand County every year because I lived here for many years. Even though it continues to grow, it's still just as beautiful. Cooper Creek in Winter Park is only minutes away with great shops and restaurants, and we spent an amazing day renting a boat at Grand Lake.Overall, this was one of our best family vacations. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We made wonderful memories and would absolutely love to stay again!

Secret Gem!

I hate to brag on this property as then everyone will know about it, but its too good not to share! Fantastic mountain get away, walking distance to town, trails and nearby park (with pickle ball court!). Comfortable and clean, owners have taken time to create a welcoming and thoughtful place for visitors. Cannot wait to come back and enjoy it in all the seasons with friends and family.

Great Family Stay

First of all, during the entire process the communication from the rental group was excellent. From check-in to check-out all the information needed was communicated and clear. Very much appreciated. The property was in a great location, clean, and well stocked with all of the essentials and a bunch of fun board games that we had fun playing. We enjoyed the private hot tub (especially after a day of skiing at Winter Park), and overall had a great time and were very happy with the rental.

Spaced out over 3 levels however bottom bedroom a bit tight. One of the en suite bathroom showers could have been cleaner. A couple of windows were not cleaned, lip marks and hands marks. Some kitchen dishes not clean. Living room area furniture not conducive for lounging after a day of skiing. PACMAN video game upstairs super fun. Beds comfortable. Well stocked kitchen.

The chalet worked good for us. Loved having the hot tub and the park to walk in. One thing to point out...it is not walking distance to anything during the winter. We were told by locals you can walk downtown in the summer. The Lift shuttle stop is right at the entrance, which is very convenient but they are not very consistent. The app is difficult to follow. I suggest calling the number on the sign when you need information. They were always helpful. They have a short bus that runs later in the night as well by calling this number. Volario's, the family owned Italian restaurant, was wonderful. We thought Deno's was average and overpriced.
