Bring your family for fun and create goods memories to a home away from home in Nanaimo . This 2bedrooms house offer an Amazing retreat for the whole family to cherish as you enjoy amazing ocean and mountain view overlooking on this property.
The property is 5-10 mins walk to Neck point bay and 15 -20 mins walk to Famous Piper Lagoon park , that are both overlooking on the beautiful large windows of the property.
5 mins drive from departure terminal
25 mins drive from Duke point terminal
10 mins drive away from the malls , shopping, restaurants and other recreational places .
Walking distance to one of the popular pub and liquor store .

The house is design with openness from kitchen , dining area , living room , to enjoy the amazing and breathtaking view of the ocean and mountains. Enjoy and relax on the 2 big front patios as you and your family watched birds , the ferry and boats sailing .
A large indoor fireplace is available to create a romantic and cozy night as you enjoy the peacefulness of the surroundings and the stars during the romantic night .

Backyard is large and beautifully landscape perfect for backyards play and barbecues.

Rooms are cozy and comfortable with the view of the garden and ocean .

Downstairs is an additional family room for the kids and adults to enjoy table games and movie night .

Neighbourhood is prestige and beautiful .

Such a beautiful and large home overlooking the ocean. The big kitchen was perfect for doing lots of cooking. The multiple decks gave a feeling of expansiveness. Very clean and even bigger than in the photos. Wished we had a chance to use the arcade and karaoke machines.

Peaceful home with a view, a balcony, a beautiful backyard and even gaming options

Very amazing views of the water and sunset and sunrise from many aspects of the house. Beautiful backyard and super nice kitchen- plenty of space and well stocked kitchen. Would stay again if ever back in the area. We went whale watching and loved it so much through viator.

We loved our stay!

We visited Nanaimo at the end of August, and staying at Katherine's place definitely made our trip to the next level. The location of the property is excellent. Quiet neighborhood, and the view from the living room and kitchen is awesome, just exactly the same as the photo shown on the website. The house is very clean and has all the necessary kitchen supplies for us to make simple breakfast and dinner if we don't feel like going to a restaurant on a day. The game table and machine on the main floor also added additional entertainment options for us during our stay. Overall, we had an excellent experience and will definitely want to come back!

Beautiful home, fabulous view, walkable to beach & waterfront parks

Beautiful home with great views. Quiet neighborhood. Well designed & fully equipped kitchen. Not all the bedrooms had adequate bedding &/or heating …some guests were cold at sleeping there at night. If inadequate bedding improved & heat source provided for the bottom floor - we’d return again. Overall we had a pleasurable stay - for our quiet small family reunion retreat.

Family vacation

We had an amazing time in Nanaimo, and staying in this beautifully property! The daily view of the water, and the tall tree down below, that seemed to be a local bald eagle perch, was so fun to watch from the front balcony. Our kid's really enjoyed having the games room to play in, when we were hanging at the house, and bedrooms were very comfy. I highly recommend staying at this property, Katherine was very easy to communicate with, and made sure we had everything we needed when we arrived. Also, the house is in a great location, it's close the grocery stores, not far from downtown and near by there are a few beach access points to explore and enjoy. We will definitely be back to Nanaimo and hope to stay here again.

Fantastic Location

Our host Katharine Was incredibly attentive and made the entire process very smooth. She was easy to reach if we needed her and was kind enough to check in every couple of days. The property is pristinely clean. You are captivated by an incredible view right over to the mainland. The neighborhood is very quiet and you are able to access everywhere within a very short few minutes. The home was perfectly equipped with everything we needed all we needed to do was grocery shop. If I could give this a higher star rating I would, we hope to return soon. Thank you Katherine 😊

Amazing Oceanfront Getaway in Nanaimo - Perfect for Families!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home in Nanaimo, and it exceeded all our expectations. The location is absolutely fantastic, nestled in a quiet neighborhood with breathtaking views of the ocean. The serenity and absence of noise made it an ideal retreat for our family. The hosts were friendly, accommodating, and incredibly responsive, which instantly made us feel at home. Their genuine hospitality added an extra touch of comfort to our stay. As a family of 5 with two adults, three teens, and a furry friend, finding property that suits everyone's needs can be a challenge, but this suite was a perfect fit for us! We cannot recommend this property enough. If you're looking for a peaceful, family-friendly retreat with magnificent ocean views and easy access to beautiful parks, this is the perfect spot for you. Thank you to the hosts for providing us with such a memorable and enjoyable stay. We'd love to come back!
