Everything was as advertised and our family of 5 had a great week at Brenda’s condo. As many have stated, we loved the rooftop area and spent most of our condo time there. Location was good, close enough to San Juan to go grab dinner a few times but far enough away to experience a local vibe too. Definitely would stay here again!

It worked well for 5 of us. So close to a beautiful beach and pool. Washer & Dryer were great to have. A good location for traveling east to destination activities. Brenda was available when we needed her. Her information for customers went over and beyond with great information for the area.

We had a lovely time and enjoyed the property. We did not use the pool, and the beach we did not sit on and SUN with so many other options. We loved walking on the beach at sunrise/sunset.. The property was as pictured, with spacious area for families. The beds were comfortable and the bedding updated. We enjoyed the property.

The upper balcony is what makes this place a good place to stay. I spent about an hour every morning up there enjoying the views. We also have the best cocktail of our life at El Parrilla, which is just about a mile away to 50%. The only negative I have is the air conditioners were a little loud.

Brenda’s home at the beach was wonderful and welcoming. Everything that you need for an extended stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, beach chairs and towels, are available. The beach is beautiful. Sitting on the porch/rooftop was a highlight at sunrise and sunset.Brenda was super-responsive and generous with her time and attention. I would highly recommend this beach property for a great home base for day trips to El Yunque, Playa Luquillo, and exploring many beautiful beaches. It is only about 45 minutes away from the San Juan airport.

The hosts were very kind and responsive. Everything we needed was provided in the unit. We especially appreciated having a large amount of beach towels. The rooftop patio was amazing and we ate dinner on it every night we were there, and played games with the kids. We felt safe and comfortable.

We had a fantastic time! Brenda’s instructions/ descriptions were spot on. The kitchen was well-appointed (even the knives were sharp), and we cooked every day. Roof top is spectacular and great for when it rains. We are already thinking of returning next year!

This condo is great for privacy and is very quiet. I loved being around the locals here!!Beautiful views from the upper deck. We spent every morning and evening up there.I would highly recommend this condo.

The host was amazing. So helpful with everything I could ever think of or ask for. Super commutative and easy to reach. The condo was amazing super clean and nice to say in. The pool and beach were both fantastic nice and clean and well kept.

This condo felt so safe and was in the perfect location to drive to San Juan for a night out, or Luquillo/Rio Grande for all the restaurants there! The beaches nearby are my favorite in PR!!

Amazing accommodations, amazing host.

Clean, roomy and the perfect size condo for our 4 day stay. Brenda was a great host that provided us with perfect communication from the ease of check-in to a variety of amazing island entertainment, tours and dining recommendations.
