Affordable, clean and quiet

The home is very clean and nice. My group of friends were in town for a football game, and the property worked well to sleep us all. It feels remote, and the area/neighborhood is very quiet.

Old Friends, New Memories

We’re a group of high school friends who get together twice a year for new activities and old memories. We used your house as a base in order to revisit several locations in SE KS. Cute rental in the country

Very clean and cozy rental. Property manager was prompt and very helpful with questions I had about the rental. Very peaceful and quite at this rental. In a very remote part of Kansas, by "Big Brutus". That was interesting and fun to visit. Our visit was for visiting family, had to drive about 20 mins to closest town. Cute and quite rental.

The property was very welcoming! Almost a fully stocked kitchen. Loved that a local project "Big Brutus" was about a mile away. Everyone should visit Big Brutus at least once! Not far from Pitt State University. Our reason for renting the property!

The property was very nice and spacious. We had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked and large enough that faculty from out of town came here to do their cooking for the memorial service we were there for. The beds were comfortable. Wish we had time to use the nice grill on the deck. Being close to Big Brutus and fishing were another bonus!
