Stay with us at our 4-bedroom luxurious apartment located in the heart of the city. The apartment itself is open, spacious and cozy at the same time!
This place is a perfect place for families on vacation, group of friends, business traveller, or people looking for a change of space while working from home!
The apartment is centrally located and equidistance from the old and the new city. The international airport is 60 mins away and the nearest metro station is 8 -10 mins away.
The apartment is very close to KIMS hospital and also to the Begumpet Passport Office.
The space
The apartment is located on the ground floor for easy access. There is a staircase and a lift available as well. We also have sufficient parking space inside and around the apartment, incase you decide to drive down.
Living & Dining
The apartment has a large living and dining area for you to spend your time as a family/group. There is a smart TV with a FREE TATA Skynet subscription for all your entertainment needs along with a reliable FREE WiFi connection. We understand the importance of a good internet connection. The living and dining also have aircons installed for guests’ comfort.
BEDROOMS
There are four spacious bedrooms in the apartment. All of them have a double bed (with bedding and linen), wardrobe, and an air conditioner.
BATHROOMS
There are four bathrooms, all with showers. Three of the bathrooms have western style commodes. One common and three attached to the bedrooms. All the bathrooms have running water throughout the day along with geysers for hot water.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully functional and comes equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, water purifier, hot water kettle, pressure cooker, cooking utensils, and cutlery and crockery. Essentially everything you need to prepare and serve yourselves a great meal.
UTILITY
The utility area has a washing machine, ironing table, and clothes drying stand which can be used by the guests.
All in all, it is a fully furnished and fully functional apartment where you can relax and have a great time!
