An Easy 700mtre walk to the beach, 6 mins to Hot Springs.
This beach home is fresh and inviting.. slip into relax mode.
Zens Retreat is vibrant, cosy, open and private.
1 or 2 Queen bedroom options.
One ensuite and one full bathroom
Special features include baby grand piano, large open plan living areas.
Open outdoor area, charming split level decking area with a warming chiminea fire flowing to a lower grass area to enjoy sounds of nature.
The space
Zens Beach Retreat offers you an entire private home.
Great for Everybody, All Couples, Friends, and Small Families are Welcome with children who are happy to share a bed in the 2nd queen size bedroom.
Please be aware that the house is not equipped with child-proofing for crawlers or toddlers, toys, or a designated play area.
Areas such as the chimenea fire should be considered with children at the property as this is an open unprotected area.
There are 2 Queen size beds available, no other bedding types are provided.
It is single-storey rear house property so is lovely and private.
Internally the house is classic and well kept.
It offers modern aspects that have ease and flow comfort.
Bedrooms have queen size beds, lovely natural light, and furnishings are tasteful and pleasant. Both bedrooms have televisions, of good functional size and have storage space.
The large open plan lounge and dining area is a beautiful space and features a baby grand piano and windows looking out along one side.
The kitchen is functional and has all your cooking needs.
Around the back of the home is a large BBQ.
There is also a large size George foreman BBQ grill next to the fridge, that can be used for outside or undercover area cooking.
It cooks bacon and egg breakfast, and BBQ dinners like a dream.
Bedding and towelling are provided, so you can just self-collect your keys and have relaxing memorable fun times.

Zens Beach Retreat is a house and is yours for your stay.
It is private property for your enjoyment, so feel free and spirited!
The 3rd bedroom and the garage are not accessible to guests as these are storage areas, all other parts of the home are available to you for your entire stay.

Please note that this is a private house in a residential area.
There are neighbours.
Other houses in the vicinity are respectful and mindful of each other.
We ask that during your stay you please be mindful of no late-night music or loud noise after 10pm.
