Family getaway

We took our first trip to the Dells with our young kiddos and this was a wonderful stay. We didnt want to feel forced to do a waterpark everyday of our stay so opted to stay at Spring Brook. We loved the location, the pools onsite were perfect for our kiddos (6 and under)

Family vacation

Property was clean. The resort staff were quick to respond to questions. The neighborhood is beautiful, quite, and close to all the Dell attractions.

Nice Place

It was a great location. very clean. REALLY need a new mattress in the master bedroom. can see 2 large indentions. 2nd bedroom needed curtains and a mirror. USB ports in the lamps would nice.

Weekend getaway

The property is minutes from anything in the Dells so that was very convenient. The clubhouse was a 10 minute walk from the house. The house lacked the homey amenities we usually see with VRBO like coffee, salt and pepper and mini toiletries. Traffic noise was a bit loud at night due to being near the main road. Had a maintenance issue that was promptly addressed. Overall, a convenient property but too small for 4 teenagers.

House has everything you need

We loved the house, it was very clean, we had enough towels and everything we needed, including firepit, grill, etc., the communication with property managers was outstanding, and we loved the location. Honestly, our only downfall were the beds. Both king beds mattresses were very uncomfortable, they were hard and/or lumpy and unfortunately we didn't sleep very well. But other than that, we abosolutely loved everything the house had to offer and it was so cozy and fun to stay at.

Short family stay

The property was very nice and clean. There were 2 straight back chairs in the living room instead of the recliner pictured. The management was quick to bring a more comfortable chair when contacted. The mattress on the king bed in the extra room was not very comfortable. Washing, drying, and putting away all our dishes before checking out was not very convenient. We made breakfast before we left and didnt have time to run the dishwasher and unload. Every place we've stayed before only expected us to load & start the dishwasher. Everything else was beautiful and we enjoyed this house very much!
