Currumbin Breeze is a classic family beach house ideally located on the shores of Currumbin Creek.

The 5 bedroom house has plenty of room for up to 10 guests to relax and unwind and your dog is welcome to join you too!

The lower level offers comfortable air-conditioned living room with smart TV and dining area for 8 to enjoy meals inside. The modernized kitchen offers everything you need to cook and entertain on holidays with coffee machine, dishwasher, large fridge/ freezer , oven and stove and plenty of bench and storage space.

Step outside to enjoy everything on offer, including a beautiful sandy beach section of Currumbin Creek. Bring your kayaks/ paddleboards/ boat to explore the creek with direct access to the ocean (Currumbin Boat ramp is only a short drive from the house).

There is also a covered patio to enjoy meals outside and watch the kids (and dog) play in the grassy yard. The property is fenced on both sides, to safely prevent access to the main road.

The lower level also offers one bedroom with queen bed and ceiling fan, bathroom with shower and toilet and laundry with washer, dryer and second fridge.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms - 2 x queen bedrooms both with ceiling fans and 2 x bedrooms with 2 singles each (one with ceiling fan, the other with TV).

There is a comfortable air-conditioned loungeroom with leather lounge and recliner chairs, large smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi.

Step through to the covered deck overlooking the serene waters of Currumbin Creek, this is the perfect spot to spend the afternoon with a good book or a cold drink!

There is also one bathroom with shower and bath plus a separate toilet.

Pet friendly property for one dog only (no cats or other pets permitted). Dogs must not be left at the property unattended and all attempts must be made to minimise barking.

The house is located directly across from The Pines shopping centre everything you need for holiday fun is close by – 1.6km to Palm Beach Parklands, surf beach and off-leash dog beach, 1km to Farmers Markets and skatepark, 1.3km to boat ramp, 1.3km to Currumbin R.S.L, 1.4km to the Boatshed Currumbin, 2.5kms to popular Palm Beach restaurants and bars, 2.8km to Currumbin Alley Surf School and Currumbin Rock, 3kms to Palm Beach Surf Club, 3.2km to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.

Keys
Access is via a lockbox at the property. Further information will be provided closer to arrival.

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
