Amazing stay! Every room theme was SO beautifully done. Very comfy and a fun place for our extended family during Dopey Marathon weekend. Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful and convenient home!

This house was really nice! Very spacious and comfortable. Adults and kids had a great time! So many amenities and everything we could imagine was there. Everyone had a great time and the pool was amazing. The patio sitting area did not have lights for nighttime BBQ and dining but with everything else being so great, we cannot complain. We would definitely stay here again. The property management team was very responsive to our messages. Easy check-in and check-out! We simply arrived and started our vacation with no hassle. Would recommend!

We selected this property based on the amenities and condition presented in the listing. Unfortunately, upon arrival and throughout our stay, we encountered multiple problems, including:A clogged sink that was difficult to use.The Avengers-themed bed lights were not functioning.The table tennis table had a broken net and was unusable.The air hockey table was missing the puck.The media room lacked a Roku remote, making the entertainment system inaccessible.The left-side race car arcade game was not working.Ants were present inside the property.The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and frequently disconnected.The foyer light was not working.One of the grill burners was inoperable, and the grill itself was not clean upon arrival.One of the door handles kept falling off.What was especially frustrating was that we made repeated efforts to contact property management during our stay. We called multiple times and left several voicemail messages requesting assistance and resolution of these issues. Despite our repeated attempts to communicate, the problems were not adequately addressed while we were there.These issues were not isolated incidents—they affected us throughout our entire 5-day, 4-night stay. Many of the advertised amenities that were a major reason we booked this property were unavailable or unusable, and the cleanliness and maintenance of the home did not meet the standards we reasonably expected.
