Unique full basement suite with spacious living room.

This stylish basement suite has a unique furnished spacious living room with beautiful accent chairs, 55 Inch smart TV, Large dinning table with dedicated work station and fast speed internet.
The bedroom is tastefully furnished with a queen size bed that can comfortably sleep two guest. To accommodate one extra guest with slightly additional fee, another queen size (Air mattress) is available in the living room. Please ensure to let us know ahead of time.
The unit has a separate entrance through the front attached garage and a private access into the unit. This location is 19 mins drive from Calgary Airport . Banff National is only about 1 hour 35 mins away. The living room area has a private work station for your comfort. The unit is designed to give you the required ambience and comfort you desire. We are located in a safe, serene, quiet family oriented neighborhood of the city. We look forward to welcoming you.

Comfortable and Private Basement

We had a great time, everything was clean and nice. We appreciated the snacks that were left out for us to enjoy. Beautiful neighborhood, we went for a walk along a little river nearby that was great.

Perfect place to stay

The host Joe is wonderful! The basement suite is quiet, clean and very comfortable. The bed is super comfortable as well. Lots of room in this unit. The work station is perfect if anyone needs to work while staying here. I would definitely stay here again!
