Make some memories at this unique & pet friendly holiday home

The property is a 3 bedroom, split level home - loved by our guests with repeat 5 star ratings! Downstairs sees guests residing in a main bedroom at the back of the home overlooking a beautiful garden with its own patio and sitting space, as well as a central elegant bathroom and separate toilet facilities. There is also a second bedroom with a queen bed and built in wardrobe located on the ground level.

Down the other end of the downstairs section is a separate large bedroom with its own ensuite, walk in robe, wall mounted TV, sound bar and desk. This space also has a separate entry, making it semi-self contained.

All bedrooms are air conditioned for the comfort of guests, however if you prefer you can open the property up and allow the natural brezze to flow through, cooling the entire bottom floor area of the house during the day.

Upstairs you will be met with an eclectic open plan kitchen, lounge and outdoor dining space with glimpses of the inviting blue ocean at Tugun beach, a mere 3 minute drive away. Entertaining and family dinners are a breeze with a Webber Family Q bbq located on the undercover balcony/outdoor dining section for cooking family dinners at the outdoor dining setting with glimpses of the sea during the day.

The lounge room and third bedroom are equipped with wall mounted flat screen TVs with wireless internet connection. The upstairs lounge room is equipped with Apple TV and downstairs android TV enjoys the usual Android streaming apps to enjoy.

High speed NBN Wi-Fi (up to 100mbps) is available throughout the home, with access details located on the fridge.

Fantastic stay

We loved the house, it was perfect for us, our friends and our two dogs. The house was lovely and clean, air con in each room worked well and a great deck that overlooked the street. Super close to the beach and lovely cafes. Hosts were great and check in was easy. Would absolutely stay again.

Tugun holiday fun

Overall, the house was conveniently located near the beach which we enjoyed very much. The local coffee shop, IGA, food outlets and BWS was convenient for our visit without having to drive anywhere. We loved it.

Fantastic House

We had a great stay fur the weekend. House is lovely and so close to the beach. Dogs loved it and they were secure in the yard when we had to go out without them.

Short getaway

Good for our intended purpose. Great area so dogs couldn’t get out. Be aware that there is a lot of plane noise but you do get used to it.

FAMILY REUNION

We enjoyed this property very much. Three cousins and their spouses shared this beautiful space - albeit for a short time ( as we were attending a surprise get together for another family member nearby ). It was nice being up the hill from Tugun that little bit. Do yourself a favour and get down to the Tugun Surf Club in the morning for a Toastie and coffee.

Low end Gold Coast destination

The house is old, although painted nicely, but it’s showing its age. At the time, the air conditioning in the master bedroom wasn’t working and the smoke alarms were going off randomly but the property manager said she will get the owner to attend to the issues so they might be fixed before the next stay. We had security concerns with someone entering the property at 2am through the side gate, make sure to lock your cars and lock the side gate. The windows don’t have security screens or fly screens so it was musty without the air conditioning being on. The downstairs cupboards smelled like mould. We are grateful that we were allowed our dog at the property, which is basically the only reason I chose there, however, I think I’ll go somewhere different next time.
