The sleek, hot pink couch is a colorful surprise to a bright and friendly workspace where there is a desk and printer provided. With drought-conscious landscaping it is a sunny space that will make outdoor entertaining a joyous experience. As is typical with many Santa Barbara homes, this property does not have AC. Open windows and the use of fans allow ocean breezes in to keep the house cool during hot summer months.

The location of Eastside Mod is ideal for those wanting to be close to coastal beaches and downtown but in a quiet neighborhood setting.
