Very nice house in a quiet area away. Secure swimming pool. Property attached to the forest.
12 to 14 beds.
A completely independent annex in "La Grange" in ashlar, composed of 1 large bedroom (one double bed and two single beds), 1 pretty shower and 1 separate toilet.
On the ground floor in the house: kitchen, dining area and living room with video projector tv. A double room and private bathroom. An independent wc.
Upstairs in the house: 3 bedrooms including 2 bedrooms with two double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom with shower and double sink. 1 separate wc.
A click-clack on the landing in the library corner.
Outside on two magnificent scaffolds (terraces) built of dry stone: swimming pool with counter-current swimming, massage bubbles and protective shutter. An independent wc.
A covered summer kitchen.
Petanque. Trampoline. Sandbox. Children's swing and hut.
Garden with trees (cherry, pear, kiwi, chestnut, oak ...) and strawberries available.

we had a great holiday. There were some small things that were not in order that you would expect. mold on shower curtain, shower that you have to hold, bad jet from the shower, chairs outside that were not all in order, the wooden deck that was dangerous, vacuum cleaner of swimming pool not in order, dishwasher broken. in short, there should be more attention for the house. The owner was very friendly and responded almost immediately to questions. The house is very remote, you do have to drive to the shops. We had a great holiday.

Het hout van de terrasvloeren is helemaal versleten en gevaarlijk voor kinderen.Als je niet gewent bent aan dieren... er leven drie poezen, wat niet heel hygiënisch is met peuters en kleuters.Het was wel een gerieflijk huis voor 10 pers.

Séjour en famille au calme à Privas avec de nombreuses activités

Un excellent séjour familial à 11. De quoi occuper petits et grands dans le jardin, piscine, ping pong et billard les jours où vous ne voulez pas prendre la route. L'ARDÈCHE à découvrir et ses produits locaux.

Maison spacieuse conforme à la description . Endroit calme. Belle piscine et pleins de jeux pour les enfants . Dommage que nous ayons eu des problèmes d electromenager (four et lave linge) car tout aurait été parfait.

Endroit charmant et reposant

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison spacieuse et bien equipée dans un environnement calme et reposant. La situation centrale de Privas permet de rayonner facilement sur toute l'Ardèche et même la Drôme. Olivier le proprietaire est charmant . Aucune fausse note. Rien ne manque. Les espaces extérieurs dont la grande piscine sont tout aussi agréables et confortables que l'intérieur. Des vacances de rêve.

Belle maison, bien équipée

Notre groupe d’amis a passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison. L’accueil a été agréable et le propriétaire est à l’écoute. La maison est grande, et très bien équipée, même à l’extérieur : il ne manquait rien. Le coin est aussi magnifique et il y a de belles choses à faire. La maison a l’avantage d’être au calme tout en étant relativement proche de la ville de Privas et de ses services. Nous conseillons vivement cette location et remercions Olivier et Ninon pour notre séjour.

Ideal holiday location for family with kids

We have spent a superb holiday in this house! 5 adults + 4 small children and still room to spare. The owner is very passionate about his house and region. The main message we got upon arrival was to enjoy his house and the beautiful Ardeche. Everything is available upon arrival, indoor kitchen, outdoor kitchen, BBQ, Swimming pool, petanque piste. Because of all this we did not see much of the region :-) . The caretaking lady is superb as well, we needed a dentist during our stay and she really went out of her way to help us out.

Maison idéale pour des vacances en famille

Si vous voulez rassembler petits et grands,n'hésitez pas à réserver cette jolie maison confortable et très bien équipée . Chacun y trouve son bonheur:jeux d'extérieur et équipements divers pour les petits,piscine chaises longues et hamacs pour les plus grands,cuisine d'été pour les cuisiniers.Le tout dans un espace arboré. Nous avons apprécié le calme du lieu et son environnement .

Séjour dans un coin de paradis...

Nous ( 3 couples avec 5 enfants de 2 à 4ans) avons passé un très agréable séjour dans une maison (dans laquelle vit le propriétaire une partie de l'année) très justement aménagée pour rendre des vacances innoubliables. Le propriétaire très discret, mais aussi très prévoyant nous a laissé tout le nécessaire à disposition: son système audio-vidéo digne d'une salle de cinéma , sa machine à café: excellente pour les expressos, son bbc, mais aussi une bibliothèque dans laquelle chacun peut trouver de la lecture à son goût... Ce début d'été, avec des températures de plus de 35° fut rafraîchit par les jeux dans la piscine, les jouets mis à disposition nous permettaient également de passer des moments plus calmes autour d'un petit verre de rosé de la région. Région que nous avons visitée en partie grâce aux dépliants laissés à notre attention. En ville, nous avons trouvé une boucherie (recommandée par le proprio), la viande y était excellente... Puis avons passé un très bon moment gastronomique au resto: le Corentin... et découvert une cave à vin ( Les caves de L'Helvie)... Cet endroit est vraiment chaleureux et agréable pour passer un très bon moment entre amis, en famille avec des enfants. Un coin de paradis à découvrir... Nous remercions encore une fois Olivier pour cette semaine passée chez lui.

Très agréable séjour en Ardèche

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La maison est au calme dans les hauteurs de la ville. En vacances en famille avec 4 adolescents, "La Grange" leur permettait d'avoir leur indépendance en soirée. Les équipements extérieurs (trampoline, table de ping pong) en plus de la piscine ont été appréciés. Le cadeau de bienvenu était fort agréable. Location idéale pour venir en famille avec des adolescents et découvrir l’Ardèche.

Très bon séjour, idéal avec enfants

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette agreable maison. Nous avons apprécié le confort de cette belle propriété très bien entretenue. Le jardin était top !! Tout y etait : piscine trampdoline cabane pour les enfants ping pong et surtout la cuisine extérieure !!!! Nous recommandons cette location pour des vacances au calme dans cette tres belle région.

This house is a peace haven. It was built in 2001, it is very practical, convivial and well equipped.
While being quiet, in Privas you can walk to town and stroll through the roads and paths in the surrounding areas.
