The house was really great!

The house was very clean and was very comfortable and organised. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were spacious and allowed lots of extra space for us. It was an amazing house and perfect for 6-8 people.

Great place!

We had a great stay! Lots of room for our big family. Very nicely kept and decorated inside with everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is well equipped with all amenities. The host is very responsive and helpful. We were 4 adults and 1 child and we lived comfortably for 4nights. The neighborhood is safe. Highly recommend this place if you want to visit Jasper.

Great Place!

We were so lucky to find Colin’s place, as it’s pretty difficult to find accommodations in and around Jasper, and especially for this size of group and on short notice. The house was clean and the beds comfortable and the host responsive. Only suggestion would be to have a BBQ available.

Not enough glasses, plates, seating for several people. Door lock defective and couldnt lock when leaving for two days. Bed comforters have not been laundered. Rear porch stairs impassable due to trees in the steps. Front entrance stairway had a loose trim that fell off when stepped apon. Home is not well cated for and it shows.
Rear steps overgrown with trees . Owner suggested we exit this way so we could lock front door apon leaving.
Broken steps in entrance. Be careful should you rent this home.

The house is well appointed, clean, and comfortable for the 5 of us. The neighborhood is nice and we would definitely rent again if ever in the area. Recommended.

Nice property

This house was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the location was easy to find and we were a short drive from restaurants and stores. Although the house has sleeping room for eight people, the dining table seats only four (although there are a couple of stools at the kitchen counter) and the living room and family room can't seat eight adults at one time. For groups on the go (skiing, hiking or sightseeing in Jasper) this likely wouldn't be a problem however we gathered for a catching up weekend, all about togetherness not activity. However, this house was definitely much better than gathering in hotel rooms.There were two maintenance issues however they didn't impact our stay too much (the upstairs bathroom sink drain was badly in need of unclogging and the otherwise ample parking was not shoveled and therefore not clearly visible.)
