South Yarra apartment with stunning views
Stylishly renovated and beautifully appointed one bedroom apartment with stunning views to the City and MCG. There is so much to do in South Yarra like go to the footy, see a movie, visit Botanical Gardens, Fawkner Park or the Yarra River, plus all the shopping, restaurants, cafes and pubs... there is so much to do you will never want to leave!
Your stay will be a comfortable one with free WI-Fi and amazing views if you decide not to venture out.
This property has a wide hallway, good sized living with wall mounted TV, heater/airconditioner and lovely City Views, stylish kitchen with has stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and bar fridge, there is a breakfast bar which can also be a work station and a balcony with table & two chairs.
The bedroom is at the rear of the apartment with queen size bed, built in robes and ceiling fan, bathroom with shower, vanity and laundry with washing machine & dryer plus a separate powder room.
This property is stylish and well apppointed and includes lots of extras such as double glazed windows, crockery, cutlery, well appointed kitchen, coffee, tea, started milk, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towels... basically everything you need for your stay. It is light and bright and recently refurbished & furnished, such a comfortable and cosy place to call home.
South Yarra is a great place to explore by foot or by car. If you have a car we will supply a remote control to park on site with entry via Davidson Street, but please be aware it is first in best dressed so a spot is not guaranteed. There is ample street parking but you need to watch out for permit zones and time restrictions.
You will have access to the whole of the apartment except for the hallway cupboard which is locked off for the cleaners supplies.
Although we won't be available in person we are available to assist at anytime throughout your stay via the booking platform.
South Yarra is a bustling, upscale suburb with art deco apartments facing the Yarra, and well-preserved mansions like the 1847 Como House. Swanky boutiques, art galleries, cocktail lounges and eclectic bistros line busy Toorak Road and Chapel Street, while Prahran Market offers gourmet foodstuff. Nearby, the vast Royal Botanic Gardens is popular with joggers and picnickers.
South Yarra can be easily explored on foot or by car. The South Yarra train station is only 1.1kms away, and the route 58 tram is only 650 metres away. The car parking entrance for this apartment is located on Davidson Street through a gate which is operated with a remote, it is first in best dressed so if no parking is available then street parking would be your best bet.
When you check-out you will be required to leave the property in a neat state including dishes washed and put away, used towels left in the bathroom for the cleaners to collect, fridge empty, all personal items taken & rubbish removed and disposed of. This will ensure the cleaners can prepare the property for the next guest. If extra time is required for cleaning then we will put in for additional costs through the booking platform.
The bed in this property is provided with a fitted sheet, doona with cover and 4 pillows with covers. A top sheet is not provided.
Please note: Our check in time is 3pm and our check out time is 10am, we are unable to allow early check ins or late check outs. There is also no bag drop or storage available at this property.
We also only accept guests with a proven positive history with this property due to Owners Corporation requirements.
As an extra security measure for the property we do require the below information to be sent through prior to finalising your booking: - The reason for your visit - The names and ages of all of the guests - The photo ID of the main booking holder The reason we ask for the above information is unfortunately due to some recent poor experiences with guests, please note if this information is not provided we will be unable to proceed with your booking and the access will not be granted on the day of check in. This is a very quiet block so no visitors or loud noise.
There is no smoking allowed in the apartment, if you do smoke you will be charged an extra $500 towards cleaning.
Please note: We don't allow check ins or check outs on public holidays due to cleaners availability, if you try and choose this option it will say host unavailable on the calendar.

Perfectly centered for transit and the AAMI Stadium. Very clean and comfortable place, had everything you would need. Really enjoyed the stay. Communication from our host Hayley was excellent!!

Great views
Enjoyed our stay, great views of the city.
Love the location, short walk to toorak road shops. Close enough to the city to easily grab an electric scooter and head off for a fun ride to the city along the yarra.
Apartment has all we needed for our short stay, coffee machine was the best part.
Only negatives were the toilet light had to be turned on and off and on again for it to work and the split system heating could not heat the apartment adequately, even when set on 30 degrees. Recommend another heater, possibly flame affect which would compliment this aparment greatly.
