Lovely Bright Apt w/ Pool and Gym by Zodiak Stays

Our apartment is perfectly situated for both business or pleasure travellers and is equipped with all the necessities you may need! This apartment will be a great choice for your stay with a small kitchenette, Smart TV, and super comfy king bed.



Here at Zodiak Stays, we provide our guests with free WIFI, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities, and we use a high quality cleaning company so the apartment will be perfect for your arrival. Please let us know if you have any questions and we look forward to seeing you soon!



We have all the amenities and facilities you will need to make your stay in Auckland as comfortable as possible:

The main room of the apartment has a fully functional kitchen with oven, stove, and dish washer. The living area has a sofa, a smart TV, and a dining table with two chairs. There is also a beautiful balcony with city views and a glimpse of the ocean - great for a cup of coffee in the morning!



There is a washer/dryer tucked away in the kitchen.



Shared Facilities Disclaimer:

Please note that access to shared building amenities (gym, pool, sauna) is managed by the building’s management. Availability may change due to maintenance or operational reasons, sometimes without prior notice to hosts. While we hope you can enjoy these facilities, we cannot guarantee access at all times.



Potential Noise: The building’s Pool Lift is undergoing modernisation from 3 August 2026 until approximately December 2026. During this time, guests can still access the outdoor pool via the Hotel Lobby Lift to Level 4, then follow the signage to the pool area. Construction noise may be heard during business hours while the works are underway. After this, the Service Lift upgrade is expected to continue into the first quarter of 2027.



Please be advised that the Sauna at the Tower wing will be temporarily out of operation from 31 August 2026 to allow for essential maintenance works. The maintenance is expected to take approximately 2 weeks, during which time the sauna will remain closed and unavailable for use. We will notify residents once the works have been completed and ready to reopen.



We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.

The check in was straight forward with very clear instructions provided. The room was clean and very well appointed. The location was great and the facilities excellent.

Arrived in the evening so it was difficult to get my bearings at night. Close enough to the wharf, harbour to walk with a lot of things to do and places to eat. Walked to the ferry to Waiheke island for a winery tour which was wonderful.

Host/management were very responsive and communicative. Lovely bright apartment, however my only suggestion would be some night time lighting options in the living area other than the overhead lights! Some issues with the function of the microwave/oven appliance that were unresolved but not a huge disruption to the stay as I was mostly eating out.Altogether a nice place in a great location.

Would be very useful to have a simple steps instruction for operation microwave and ovenI know you have online manual but simple "123 etc" steps on a laminated sheet would help a lot as frankly we couldn't get oven to workOther than that everything worked well and we enjoyed our stay and the sunny warmth returning to apartment in late afternoons- Description as having city view was not exactly accurate- Blue cushion had stains on it and needs cleaning

The host was difficult to communicate with. Our air-conditioning went out and they had me send pictures and videosThe next day, after not hearing anything from them, I reached out again. They requested pictures and videos again. I informed them that I had already sent them in once…. no response. The next day the host sent me a review link wanting me to review the apartment. I asked about the air-conditioning and his reply was “yes the unit has air-conditioning.” It’s almost like it wasn’t a real person replying to my concerns. The “check out instructions never would load even after I requested them on three different messages. The apartment itself and location was great. Just lack of communication skills were annoying.
