PROPERTY DETAILS This stylish spacious fully air-conditioned apartment is one of only two in the building. This is the ground floor residence, with the other in the building being the upstairs apartment.

This property has a large garage for one vehicle with further parking on the street in front of the property. The garage as well as parking for your car, has table tennis, darts, second fridge, treadmill and second bathroom.
Guests have sole and exclusive use of the downstairs apartment, courtyard, and garage.
KEYS/ACCESS There is a lock box with your keys at the apartment. You will be sent the code to the lock box prior to your arrival.
Both bathrooms have a shower, vanity & toilet.
The apartment has a laundry and clothes dryer for your use with a washing machine for your use. We do NOT supply laundry detergent.
The kitchen has a dish washer, microwave, oven, cook top and is fully equipped with plates and cutlery, kettle , toaster etc.
The apartment has kitchen breakfast bar seating for four, or use the outdoor dining table for four. There is a seating area for two outside the main bedroom.
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do NOT supply sugar nor laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”
Please Note, this is NOT a party, event, function, or schoolies group property. We don't wish to offend, so please don't ask to have any of these type of events here. It is strictly NO smoking. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons we would ask you to book elsewhere. On booking we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful apartment and the well being of our neighbours. If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress highly enough this is a lovely property for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet, peaceful time whilst they are here.
The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette smell (which we will have cleaned) they will be levied for all additional cleaning and replacement costs
NO Parties/ Functions/ Gatherings - Visit ceased immediately, costs for additional cleaning/damage charged to guest. No additional guests permitted.
Late check out up to 60 minutes 1/4 daily fee charged and additional day charge thereafter. This does not allow additional time. Eviction imminent.
Damages/missing items or lost/unreturned keys will incur a cost for both the item and a service person to attend/fix/replace at cost to the guest.

Family 3 week stay
The kitchen was well appointed, and if you were staying for a weekend or even a week it would be perfect. Seeing we were there for quite a few weeks, I missed having a couple of big saucepans to make spaghetti bog or a steamer for veges.
The couch is super comfortable and we all enjoyed relaxing there at the end of the day.
Having the laundry with a dryer was a blessing. We had so much rain and our son had a school camp in week 2. We had so much to wash, I was extremely grateful to have such an awesome set up. Having an airer would’ve been great too and would’ve saved using the dryer as we couldn’t use the outside clothes line.
The owners of the property were lovely. We spoke with the gentleman a couple of times (I’m sorry, I can’t remember his name) and they were welcoming and seemed genuinely interested in our plight of moving to our house.
We would definitely stay again.

There is an authorisation hold taken for this property the day prior to your check in in the amount of $250, this is released after checkout.
As VRBO/Stayz does not verify your card details at the time of reservation, we require payment via a secure payment link, which will be sent to you shortly after you complete your booking via both email and text message. This measure has been implemented to prevent credit card fraud, an issue we have faced multiple times in the past six months. The card processing company charges a 1.9% card processing fee. This money is not charged by us and does not go to us and is non refundable in the event of a cancellation.
