In town cottage

We stayed 5 nights at this modernized in town cottage as part of our Atlantic provinces honeymoon trip. The hosts made us feel welcomed and special and responded quickly to all of our questions. The house had all of the amenities we required and was located in the heart of downtown Moncton, walking distance from stores & restaurants. We recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Great weekend in Moncton

Great property for price. Only issue was as seniors we wished the snow had been removed a little better or if a snow shovel was available I could have cleaned path from car to door for my wife. Would definitely use again., everything else great spot for price.

Really nice!

Centrally located - easy to get around Moncton & Dieppe. Excellent amenities, comfortable with 2 bedrooms up & bathroom, living-room; dining and kitchen on main floor. Newly renovated with updated appliances, TV, etc. Met the owner and had a nice chat. When we have another occasion to stay in Moncton - this will be our first choice.

Moncton visit

It was our first trip to the Maritimes. The location of the house was close to downtown. We didn’t feel overly safe, so didn’t walk around at night. We didn’t realize there was people living downstairs. They were quite loud at times in the evening. The house was clean and updated somewhat.

Bad communication

Smoke detector batteries were low. Manager did not wanted to change them. Very secure in case of fire!! Parfumed diffuser all over: suffocating! There was a another person living down with the same access door and nobody told us about it. There were six electric outlet in the kitchen but only one was working. Kitchen fan Was not even plugged. Nice renovations but quality?

Guest was not clean, not tidy, not organized at all, whole place was a mess..unit has its own entrance. a separate basement entrance is definitely not an issue, cos the only shared item is the laundry. Perfume diffuser is just to give unit a nice aura smell… The efficiency of a machine can never be at 100%, smoke detectors ba3 can go down,and I was told by guest it had been sorted out Will I host again? I dnt know…
