accommodate you in any weather.
• 2 Large 4k Tv's equipped with Netflix and Prime TV.
• Fully equipped + stocked kitchen with a dedicated coffee station
• European laundry - Fully equipped with a brand new washer/dryer.
• Herringbone parquetry flooring
• Reverse cycle heating and cooling
• Hydronic heating in every room
• Secure remote control garaging for two vehicles.

In order to protect our neighbours we limit the booking age of our property to 30 and above, unless you already hold a 5 star review from another stay.
We work very hard to keep our little community respectful of the neighbours. Therefore noise complaints or any disturbances to the neighbours will not be tolerated and can lead to immediate eviction with no refund. Please be courteous!
We use a Noise Monitoring device in our home to ensure after hours noise levels are reasonable. This device does not record any audio, it only monitors noise levels. Exceeded noise levels for a prolong period will prompt an automated warning message to the guest.
*Bookings of greater than 6 will need to be pre-approved, to ensure we can service that capacity*
* Underground parking has height limit of 2metres *
