Welcome to Casa Bonita, our unique, cleverly designed 1-bedroom apartment located in the chic neighbourhood of New Farm…
Designed by renowned architect Brad Swartz, the apartment is stylish, with premium modern interiors & finishes that will make you feel instantly at home + wanting to stay longer!
Literally a few minutes’ stroll to the glam shopping + dining scene on James St; head over to Howard Smith Wharves, or dress to impress & head to the restaurants, bars + nightlife of The Valley.
The space;
We just finished a top end, complete renovation of the entire apartment (2023) with brand new absolutely everything, while keeping in character & style of the Art Deco period building.
A built-in spacious King bed with Koala Mattress + ducted air-con will have you sleeping like a baby :)
Getting ready in the morning is a breeze with a full-size mirror & LED strip lighting + there’s loads of storage space in the dressers and closets, so you can unpack & make it your home.
Curl up on the comfy couch, with Netflix streaming on the Samsung Frame TV…
Setup your home office on the built-in dining table or study nook…
Enjoy a shower together with double rainwater style shower-heads :)
Cook up a storm in the designer kitchen with compact fridge freezer, induction cooktop, built-in microwave oven, drawer dishwasher, Smeg kettle & toaster…
There’s a built-in laundry with washing machine, washing powders, iron, ironing board & vacuum…
Park your car downstairs in the security car space & leave it behind while you walk everywhere!
