Pet friendly accomodation with no additional charges.

Brand new 4 bedroom B&B in Sunshine Bay - 8 minutes walk from beautiful Denhams Beach. 2 Rooms available, one with private ensuite and LED TV with netflix and other streaming services, the other room with it's own private entry plus private toilet and handbasin and a shared shower and hot tub.

Nick the Host lives at this BNB and is available at any time should you need anything. Resident dog "Ted" is a very friendly Groodle and stays outside unless he is invited in and Nick respects that not all guests are comfortable with dogs. If you are traelling with your pet Ted is always keen for a play should your dog be too!

Quiet new neighbourhood, no traffic noise, the great escape!

Huge living and dining, room available is a master bedroom, queen sized posturepedic bed with private ensuite and oversized shower. Single mattress also available if needed for third person, please advise on booking.

Bedroom TV with Apple TV, Stan, Netflix, Youtube etc and free to air TV is available with this room

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large tv with Netflix etc, unlimited internet included.

There's plenty of breakfast cereals, milk, toast, Espresso Coffee etc available which you're welcome to use.

Flying Visit

We had a big weekend of sporting competitions, so it was so nice to have wonderful place to rest at night. Room and ensuite was beautifully clean and tidy. Was fantastic that our dogs could stay with us too. Having access to a full kitchen that allowed us to cook the meals we wanted was fantastic.

Minimalist

Room totally basic…….clean and simple which ticked all the boxes I am presuming……..a chair would have added some contrast in texture and possibly colour and add a little practical as well as decorative finish. No negative comment . Host was welcoming and we had a bit of a chat in the evening which was homely and pleasant.

Bateman's Bay stop

Nick and his dog are very welcoming and friendly. The room is comfortable and the neighborhood very quiet. It was a little further from cafe's and restaurants than we would normally choose for a quick stay but Nick was happy to let us use his kitchen and fridge.
