Loved this place!

Perfect for our weekend getaway…convenient to everything we enjoy in the area. Unit was very clean and I love that an initial supply of paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, toiletries, etc. are provided. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this property for a quick weekend get away. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach in a great area with lots to do. The property was clean. We had an issue with the AC freezing up one evening. We got a very quick response from the property manager. Overall a very good stay.

Beach Getaway May 10-17

We have stayed at Shipwatch Point II many times over the years. The property is well maintained, and the location is perfect!! A five minute walk to the beach and so close to lots of shopping, restaurants and golf , and minutes away from Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Location, location, location! Although this unit could use some updates, it was clean and suited our needs well. We would consider renting this unit again on our next visit. A great stay, as always.

SC Getaway

The location of this property is great and close to the beach. Lots of little coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The cleanliness/upkeep of the property could use improvement. Electrical plugs need updated as chargers and other items wouldn't stay plugged in. We killed numerous palmetto bugs (giant roaches)-maybe it its normal for this area but it was our first experience encountering them. The information in the guest book is not accurate either. We did enjoy the location and the option for the pool and hot tub. It was very quiet, and we felt safe even walking at night to the beach. The use of the beach towels and wagon was a nice touch.

Lots of steps to arrive at our apt.

Did not talk with the property manager, didn't know how to get in touch or locate them. There was no information how to do so. Was not familiar with the type of coffee maker at the apt. Took us a little time to learn as there was no instructions. Guess we will do better in the future but will request a 1st floor apt..
