Welcome to Eclectic Country Home from iTrip Austin! Country pet friendly home with a huge back yard featuring covered patio, BBQ grill, cornhole games, volleyball court and fire pit. Easy access to the light rail to all the downtown Austin activities. With modern amenities and gourmet kitchen, stylish décor, and a prime location, this is the ideal retreat for families, groups, or friends seeking a relaxing getaway.



The Space:

This lovely home offers ample space and comfort. The open-concept living area features two cozy sofas, flat-screen TV, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing meals, along with a dining area that seats 6 guests and a breakfast bar that seats 4.



The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom with a luxurious shower, and a walk-in closet.

The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with a twin day bed, which has a pull-out twin bed underneath. These two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination.



Outside, you'll find a private backyard with a stunning Texas themed patio area, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a BBQ with your loved ones. The expansive yard offers never-ending views of the Texas Sky and all it's beauty, A newly renovated fire pit area with seating for 6, and fun games like volleyball, and cornhole! The neighborhood is peaceful and family-friendly, providing a serene environment for much needed rest and relaxation.

Location:

Our home is situated in Leander, a picturesque town known for its natural beauty and friendly atmosphere. Just a short drive away, you'll find various local attractions, including Lake Travis, Crystal Falls Golf Course, and the popular Cedar Park Center. Downtown Austin is also easily accessible by light rail, offering a vibrant nightlife, live music, and delicious dining options.



Policies & House Rules:

- Non-smoking residence; Smoking is strictly prohibited inside, but you can smoke outside.

- No events, parties or large gatherings

- No more than 2 small dogs allowed (45lbs), with non-refundable pet fee. Yard is not fully fenced.

- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve home

- Check-in time is 3pm; Check-out time is 10am

- This is a neighborhood, please respect the quiet hours from 10pm-8am.

- For the safety of our guests, exterior property is under 24/7 video surveillance

Property is awesome - felt like home the moment we walked in the door. Our German Shepherd absolutely loved the backyard. She saw her first deer and was absolutely fascinated (we did not let her chase them). A group of 10-12 deer hung out in the backyard on a regular basis. Caution - she did encounter her first skunk - the property is in the country so not unexpected. If you're the cook and 6'0 tall, be aware of the hood over the stove. A wonderful stay, we'd book again in a heart beat.

Spacious and comfortable, great yard.

Lots of space with walk-in closets. Large, well-stocked kitchen. In great condition. Great backyard with shaded patio and plenty of activities.

We spent the winter here and had the best time!

We spent 7 weeks in this cozy home to escape the cold Northeast winter, and it was the perfect getaway. The house was clean, comfortable, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially loved the amenities—sipping tea on the patio, grilling in the backyard, and enjoying the serene surroundings.Our 10-pound chiweenie had a fantastic time as well, making friends with the neighbor's dogs through the fence. We were pleasantly surprised by the animals a couple of houses down—chickens, roosters, a donkey, and a horse—giving us the charm of farm life without the hard work! The kitchen was fantastic, and we took full advantage of it by cooking many of our meals at home. The location was also ideal, close to coffee shops, grocery, and restaurants nearby. The area is developing at a fast-pace! The house is just down the street from the highway. We took a few trips to Austin on the train; the station is only a 5-minute drive, making it easy to explore the city.Overall, we had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay!

Country Home Perfect

We’ve used this home for two Christmas’ in a row now to visit our daughter in the area. So comfortable and the in and out is so easy. We love the place so much we’ve worked in a rotation to have all the kids there next year to make use of all the great setup put back. Highly recommend.

Very Comfortable Home with everything

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was as advertised. We had our annual Thanksgiving and the house was stocked with everything we needed. Back yard is amazing with games and the fire pit. The house was clean and very organized. Highly recommend

Fun for family and friends!

We came to the area for a wedding. This location was perfect. We were close to all that we needed but the amazing backyard made it hard to leave. We loved the fire pit, horseshoes, corn hole and badminton. The house had everything we needed and was well-maintained. Great weekend spot for family and friends.

Nice stay

Clean house, nice location, fun backyard. I found it a little inconvenient that there were only 6 bath towels in the whole house. If we were staying more than 2 nights it would have been very inconvenient.

Eclipsed the rest!

Phenomenal accomodations! This lovely home is clean and has all the up-to-date amenities of one's own home...a true home away from home. The property, located on an acreage in a rural area, was quiet and accommodating with a large fireplace for evening fireside chats and many outdoor recreational opportunities, like horseshoes and badminton/volleyball. An excellent choice for a family. Amenities and things to do in Hill Country are close and varied. We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful accomodation. God smiles on this place as even the clouds parted above for the Total Solar Eclipse!

Perfect Stay

We stayed here while visiting family for Christmas. Besides the fact the owner had decorated for Christmas we loved staying at this home, it’s easy and convenient for anyone needing to be north of Austin, and easy to get to Austin on 183A. The home was perfectly clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed to cook, relax, and even hang out outside. I highly recommend this property. I’ll be staying there every time now we go to see family!

Great family visit

Great property! Pet friendly, but with expensive fee - we paid $200 for two small dogs. Quiet neighborhood. Managed by itrip. This company is VERY corporate in their communication. Multiple notices about extra charges, fees, cancellation you might be subject to for various reasons (including being 5 minutes late to checkout). This was off-putting, but maybe they’ve had trouble with bad guests. This was our first experience with a third party managed VRBO property. Not fans of itrip for reasons stated above, but this property is great.

Very clean and cozy

Great clean house to stay in with your family. And beautiful neighborhood to drive around. The neighbor next door had there dog tied up in the middle of the two houses that barked constantly a bit annoying. So didn’t get to hang outside much.

Extended Family Visits

A perfect property in close proximity to family. Very comfortable and well stocked. Hard to believe we were so close to the city given the country feel of the property. Horses grazing a few properties up the road and deer running through the front yard each morning and evening. Will definitely book this property again when back in town for extended stays.

Great stay!

We had family visiting and booked this place as 'overflow'. It was very clean, well-stocked, spacious and the kids loved the games in the backyard (despite the blazing heat). Very private and serene, and in a nice neighborhood. Loved it and will definitely use this home as our go-to spot when friends or family are looking for a spot.
