(As of April 2026, The Island HOA has temporarily closed the indoor pool following recent engineering inspections. Out of an abundance of caution, they have drained the pool and restricted access to the area while further evaluations and repairs are underway. All outdoor pools and hot tubs remain open and fully available for your enjoyment.)

Accommodations:

Our intimate 1 bedroom condo offers all the comforts of a 5-star hotel. The bedroom includes a comfortable Queen size bed. This condo offers an open floor plan and everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay, including a fully-equipped kitchen and living room with comfortable seating and a smart TV. While the condo does not have a washer and dryer inside the unit, there are coin operated washer and dryers on the Island on the parking garage level.



Parking:

Your property includes 1 dedicated parking spot in the underground parking garage. There are elevators from the parking garage to the condo.



Nature Awaits:

Please note that this unit does not feature a balcony or direct lake views. To fully immerse yourself in the stunning lake and wildlife, you'll need to step outside the condo. Deer are frequently seen to walk through the Island.

- Non-smoking residence; Smoking is strictly prohibited inside, but you may smoke outside.

- 1 medium size (up to 40 lbs) dogs allowed, with $50 Pet fee. No cats allowed.

- No Open Flames inside the home

- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve home

- Check-in time is 3pm; Check-out time is 10am
