4th of July getaway

The building itself could use some updates and needs a good cleaning. The pool was nasty and I overheard an employee telling another employee the hot tub is so dirty I wouldn't use it. The carpet in the hall outside of the room smelled because of the air conditioner dripping. The bathtub faucet wouldn't turn off and the tub doesn't drain. I had to put a razor blade cap in there to hold the drain open. The balcony door handle is broken and the door is very hard to open. The kitchen door is falling off the hinges and to top it off there were roaches in the room. I tried to book another room anywhere else but it was the 4th of July weekend and there were no vacancies on the beach. The property manager was responsive but I will never stay here again.

This was a great trip to a beautiful place! However, several issues were raised. Reservation was not correctly showing Evolve and Vrbo fees. Total price was higher than shown on VRBO website by several hundred dollars.Building description omitted important information, ie, no security at the entrance, no cleaning at the public places in the building, elevators, corridors and parking were poorly cleaned, parking at the building was full but there was no sign that it is full and people had to drive to 6 floor to find out that, while it was not designed for making U turn. Some photos of the unit turned out to be from other unit or from older times since several features were different from shown on website page.

Over all not bad but there were some issues.

It wasnt bad for the price but there were some maintenance things that needed to be updated. The couch/bed in the livingroom was awful, the porch door and the bath tub need repaired or replaced. I can see they were trying bc there was bug spray in a couple cabinets but I don't have roaches and home and I really didn't want to see the few we did while there that was my biggest issue.

Spring Break Getaway

We had a good stay. The unit was perfect but the shower faucet was a little finicky. Also, no ATM on property so if you plan on playing in the arcade be sure to have ones or quarters handy! The property overall could use some updates but for the price, it was great!
