Since Hokkaido University is right in front of you it is also recommended for staying at Hokkaido University for academic conferences work exams etc

Its a 5minute walk from Kitajuhachijo Subway Station so its convenient to go anywhere

Convenience stores and supermarkets are also a 3minute walk
