This pet-friendly end unit townhouse near the shuttle stop in Clearbrook 1 is waiting for you! Enter to an outer and inner foyer. From the inner foyer, head upstairs to the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas. This level also accesses the wrap-around deck. In the living area, relax with a fire in the wood-burning fireplace while you watch the flat-screen cable television. You can also prepare a meal in the fully-applianced kitchen and enjoy it all together at the spacious dining table. Above the main living area is a bedroom with two twin beds and a private bath with shower. You will find the primary bedroom and a full bath on the lowest level.

Enjoy the Village Swim, Tennis and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, three Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

This home has winter ski shuttle access for specific dates as described at
The pool and fitness club may be temporarily unavailable due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
Dogs are welcome in this unit. There is a $50 + tax one-time pet fee per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed.

Everything else was perfect the place was clean, stocked and looked well taken care of but for 800. Both my parents and I were extremely unhappy with the beds and pillows uncomfortable mattress and flat. I ended up sleeping on the couch…

They had a cute little goodie bag that was very helpful since i forgot coffee, so it feels be over in the morning after a late night arriving. Everything was clean and the place was cute, area was beautiful.

Location was nice area was quiet and comfortable. The house was perfect for our 2 night stay and fit all our needs. Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Great amenities and cleanliness that makes one feel at home immediately. It’s one of those rentals where even after a hard day of hiking, you get the energy to rather have food inside than at a restaurant, while watching Netflix. I’ll definitely look up this place the next time we are in White Mountains with our pet.

Property with good bones but terrible beds and other problems

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property location is great, it has good layout and amenities one would need for relaxing vacation. The problem is that almost everything in the home is very old and needs to be either replaced or fixed. The biggest problem are beds. There are 3 beds in the house, 1 queen downstairs and 2 twin beds upstairs and all of them are terrible and need to be replaced. The queen bed deeps in the middle and it’s impossible for 2 people to sleep there comfortably. The twin beds make a squeaky loud noise with every, even the slightest movement. To add insult to an injury, when opening and closing the door to the bathroom upstairs it makes a loud noise as well so if one person goes to use the toilet he/she wakes another one. So, as you can see, there is no way to get a good night sleep in the house and when you cannot get good night sleep all else doesn’t matter. That’s the main reason I gave this property 1 star.As for the customer service - it was good at the beginning. I called several times before our vacation started and spoke with Kathy. She was very helpful and polite, always identified herself when she picked up the phone. On the 3rd day of our vacation, after trying to sleep first in the master bedroom downstairs and then upstairs I’ve called Loon Reservation Service to complain about the beds. The person who answered didn’t identify herself, was rushed and borderline rude, didn’t give me a chance to explain anything, therefore, didn’t offer any solutions, she just hung up on me.So, all in all, I wouldn’t recommend this property to a friend or relative.

Property cleanliness was great, however the quality of the residence is meh. Underlying moth ball smell throughout. Maintenance needed. Kitchen equipment (pots/pans/knives/cutting boards) shoddy/borderline dangerous. Comfy condo. Satisfactory accommodation, but not overwhelming. Great location!

Perfect for short stay

Nice for a short stay, definitely needs better mattresses and air conditioning or atleast more fans for main floor and loft. Condo was very clean wish the porch was taken better care of but was still nice. Would definitely come back again for a short stay.

Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a good spot, across the street from the shuttle pick up (make sure the shuttle is running, it doesn't run during Feb vacation week). The unit was clean and worked well for our family. The kitchen is very tight, 2 people is tough to fit working. It had most of the stuff you need but you can tell its just a rental, not someone's home for rent. The furniture is huge for such a small space especially the table, you can barely walk around it. Also the kitchen/dinning room table is about to collapse, it wobbles to the point where you don't want to use it. Also all of the tvs' speakers are blown, they sound terrible. All in all its a good condo but could use some updates.

Nestled a short distance from Loon Mt, this was a perfect little home base for my family and dogs to explore the white mountains. There were some scuff marks/dents in the hallway that were previously painted over and the downstairs screen was slightly cracked when we got there, but nothing that couldn't be overlooked.

Refrigerator was clean. They also had a good dishwasher. A nice large bedroom downstairs with a full bathroom and a TV. Upstairs is a roomy bedroom with twin beds and also a full bathroom. Dog friendly. Nice wrap around deck. Had a great weekend with our family.
