This pet-friendly end unit townhouse near the shuttle stop in Clearbrook 1 is waiting for you! Enter to an outer and inner foyer. From the inner foyer, head upstairs to the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas. This level also accesses the wrap-around deck. In the living area, relax with a fire in the wood-burning fireplace while you watch the flat-screen cable television. You can also prepare a meal in the fully-applianced kitchen and enjoy it all together at the spacious dining table. Above the main living area is a bedroom with two twin beds and a private bath with shower. You will find the primary bedroom and a full bath on the lowest level.

Enjoy the Village Swim, Tennis and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, three Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

They had a cute little goodie bag that was very helpful since i forgot coffee, so it feels be over in the morning after a late night arriving. Everything was clean and the place was cute, area was beautiful.

Location was nice area was quiet and comfortable. The house was perfect for our 2 night stay and fit all our needs. Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Great amenities and cleanliness that makes one feel at home immediately. It’s one of those rentals where even after a hard day of hiking, you get the energy to rather have food inside than at a restaurant, while watching Netflix. I’ll definitely look up this place the next time we are in White Mountains with our pet.

Perfect for short stay

Nice for a short stay, definitely needs better mattresses and air conditioning or atleast more fans for main floor and loft. Condo was very clean wish the porch was taken better care of but was still nice. Would definitely come back again for a short stay.

Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a good spot, across the street from the shuttle pick up (make sure the shuttle is running, it doesn't run during Feb vacation week). The unit was clean and worked well for our family. The kitchen is very tight, 2 people is tough to fit working. It had most of the stuff you need but you can tell its just a rental, not someone's home for rent. The furniture is huge for such a small space especially the table, you can barely walk around it. Also the kitchen/dinning room table is about to collapse, it wobbles to the point where you don't want to use it. Also all of the tvs' speakers are blown, they sound terrible. All in all its a good condo but could use some updates.

Nestled a short distance from Loon Mt, this was a perfect little home base for my family and dogs to explore the white mountains. There were some scuff marks/dents in the hallway that were previously painted over and the downstairs screen was slightly cracked when we got there, but nothing that couldn't be overlooked.

Dog friendly. Nice wrap around deck. Had a great weekend with our family.

Booking Process

Not the true VRBO check in process. I was pushed through Loon reservation services. I had to reverify and field phone calls and emails. I book through VRBO to avoid this. Will not book here again.

Beautiful home but frustrating booking experience

The property itself was absolutely beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and centrally located. However, the mattress in the downstairs bedroom was extremely uncomfortable. It sank noticeably as we slept, making it hard to rest. At the very least, it should be flipped or, ideally, replaced.Unfortunately, the booking process significantly dampened our experience. After reserving through Vrbo, I received multiple calls from the property management company insisting on additional fees and a leasing agreement—which they refused to share prior to payment. The representative I spoke with was incredibly rude and unprofessional, creating a negative impression before we even arrived.This could be a fantastic stay with some key improvements in communication and guest comfort.

Property cleanliness was great, however the quality of the residence is meh. Underlying moth ball smell throughout. Maintenance needed. Kitchen equipment (pots/pans/knives/cutting boards) shoddy/borderline dangerous. Comfy condo. Satisfactory accommodation, but not overwhelming. Great location!
