** Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and require the

endorsement of our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is

required at check-in.



This newly remodeled, ground-floor ensuite is a perfect getaway for two.

Entering the double doors, you'll find an American Leather sleeper sofa, a

flat-screen TV with Starlink, and a beautiful built-in gas fireplace. The

kitchen area features a cute dining table and all modern appliances, including

a dishwasher, a stovetop and oven, an apartment-sized refrigerator, a

microwave, a toaster, and a coffee maker. There is one full bath and a

stackable washer/dryer. Outside is a gas BBQ and chairs for you to sit and

drink your favorite beverage. Also, a parking spot is just for you! This

vacation property will comfortably sleep up to 2-persons (ENFORCED Maximum

Occupancy!).

Mountain Adventures/Romantic Getaway



The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests

enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing,

backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting,

whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, and nature viewing. WINTER Guests

enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing,

snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the

photography is unsurpassed year-round!



OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:



​​​​​​​**The owners of this family vacation property occupy the main and top

floors of their residence from time to time, and may or may not be present

during the time of your stay. The en-suite features separate entrances aside

from the main house area.



**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for

Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as

the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent

service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no

sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to

function correctly.



**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this

regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate

eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written

Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private

residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring

residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing

them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions.

They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in

advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests

seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via

a different provider.
