We actually thought the house was even nicer in person than on the VRBO page! Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, movie theater and Arts Center, but on a quiet street with beautifully restored homes. Back deck was nice on a sunny day.
We loved the location and the ability to walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The home was clean and had everything we needed, and the management is friendly and responsive.
This was the second time my daughter and I stayed at this perfectly located home. It was comfortable and clean with an inviting front porch that we took advantage of all three days. We walked to the beach, downtown and to the farm market.
Great size for a group of 5 (2 kiddos) and could not have had a better location! Adorable home, only wish they had shower supplies as we came unprepared since all the other stays came with these items. But the place was nice and clean and we loved the stpry about it and the old home feel.
My daughter and I spent a wonderful weekend at this lovely home within walking distance to the beach and only a couple blocks from downtown. We explored the area, enjoyed the front porch in the evening and did a lot of walking. One improvement to make it even better would be to add a couple reading lamps to the living room.
The house is perfect size for 4 people! Located in the great neighborhood of Frankfort calm streets. Walking to beach & shopping. We loved it all.
Thank you very much!

Our time in Frankfort was lovely, and the location of this home made exploring the beach and town convenient and safe. The hosts are responsive, friendly, and helpful. Check-in was very easy. We were a little disappointed in the kitchen. The electric stove and oven worked fine, but the only available cookware was warped (which made it difficult to cook foods evenly) and the glassware was incomplete. I'm hoping the hosts update this based on our feedback as this is an easy thing to fix and would make the cooking experience on par with other rentals of this level. We didn't use the grill, but it appears to be a key feature on the back deck, which itself was sublime. The quiet, tree-lined street on which the home is situated is lovely, and the neighbors were friendly. The kids also appreciated the Roku TV which was easy to connect devices to when they weren't playing frisbee in the garden or enjoying this wonderful beach town.
Overall this was a good place to stay. Check-in was easy, the neighborhood the home is in felt safe, and it was conveniently close to the downtown area. The amenities were pretty good. Though, it would be helpful if there were things like salt, pepper, plastic wrap, and tin foil. Also, the Keurig wouldn't turn on, even after pressing the reset button. But, there are places in town you can get coffee (and good things to go with it) like Crescent Bakery or L'Chayim Delicatessen.
The local host contact forwarded my email to the homeowner, and thankfully the homeowner was responsive and he forwarded my email to Evolve (the company managing the home), but Evolve didn't respond to me.
However, the home is beautiful and the stay was peaceful and thoroughly enjoyable.
