So the main problem was Google maps took me to an empty field that was past the property luckily some guys were able to help us find where we where suppose to go and helped get my son unstuck from the field. Otherwise the property was beautiful we got to see real cowboys do cowboy stuff.

The house was hot! We couldn’t really enjoy the outdoors in the evenings because of the bugs/bats. Would have been nice to have fire pit area on the property. We ended up leaving on Saturday afternoon, so we didn’t even stay the last night.Overall, it was okay. I probably won’t stay there again when I come back to Pinedale but it was my first time in the area.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. This is an older home without A/C, which is noted in the listing, and we keep box fans on hand for guests to place throughout the house for extra airflow. The bugs and bats are simply part of being on a ranch property, and the bats actually help keep the bug population down. As for a fire pit, our area is very dry and prone to wildfires, so open fires are generally restricted by local authorities and we choose not to risk it. We appreciate you giving the area a try and hope future guests get to experience all the natural surroundings this location has to offer.

Daniel, WY ranch house

Apparently, we were the first party in this property. It's sort of charming and in a very pretty area, but it has a ways to go. The owner seemed very cooperative and I'm sure will get everything on track. Issues: oven wouldn't light, gave off noxious odor; stove burners left heavy soot on any pot or pan; bare light bulbs need fixtures; staircase needs some sort of railing to be safe (esp. in the middle of the night); needs a cook's touch in the kitchen to get it outfitted right (e.g., need serving dishes); bathrooms are small, but nice; the overall presentation (And, hence, ability to charege more) would be much improved by mowing the front lawn.

Nice property. The house provided a great retreat when traveling with 3 children. The kitchen is organized and well-furnished. One issue you should know is that the stairs to the upstairs are steep and narrow. The issue with finding this property it is best not to use a map application. We found that going north out of Pinedale on 191, turning left onto road 354, which is directly across 191. You will see a restaurant and a gas station to the right. Then continue on 354 to Koch Construction. The house is immediately off the road in front of the Construction Company.
