My partner and I stayed for 3 nights. The villa is clean, reasonably private and in a great location, only about 700m from the Agnes Water shops. It is quite small, but the king bed was very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the BBQ and spa.A few extra touches would improve the stay. The spa area felt quite sterile with only one chair and one candle – some fairy lights and extra candles would make it much more inviting. The “welcome pack” and kitchen supplies were also very basic, with a few teas/coffees and salt, but no pepper, cooking oil or other essentials. The couch was also uncomfortable.Our biggest issue was the 500 bond hold, despite having prepaid the stay in full. We were told it takes 7–14 days to be released, and 9 days later we are still waiting despite leaving the villa in perfect condition. This process seems unnecessarily drawn out.Overall, a nice place for a 2-night couples getaway, but 3 nights was probably our limit. We would stay again for a weekend.

Very pleased you enjoyed the convenient locale of Sunbird Garden 1, the BBQ and Spa. Yes, the units do provide a Welcome pack only, there after you provide extra requirements yourself. The Security bond release timeframe varies between financial institutions, we suggest contacting your bank if you believe the release time to be excessive. We hope you are able to visit again at some point in the future.

Sunbird garden 1

Took the Mrs away for her birthday and Valentine’s Day she loved it the spa was great and one of the best beds I’ve ever slept on. Only small issue was five remotes and only 2 working batteries and forgot to get more when we went out. Would definitely recommend and stay again

It was such a nice experience, and I loved it was pet friendly.I only would recommend to put the tv at the front of the bed. The couch was not very comfy. Maybe just for one person but we were 2.And please provide more wipes to clean the barbacue. Besides that. It was a very nice place to stay.

Nice tropical vibe, lovely spa bath. Dog friendly villa, but not fenced off and quite close to a busy road... okay for our little 16 year old dog but could be difficult for a more active dog. A quick drive into town and situated on a main road heading to 1770.I'd definitely stay again.

Clean, modern, pet friendly, quiet, everything plus was provided. Walking distance to beach and shops. The spa was an absolute bonus. Managing agent very helpful and friendly. Recommend staying here for trouble free holiday. Thankyou
