Situated on the ground floor, this apartment offers convenient access to the historic downtown area, just a short stroll away. A pet fee of $150 applies for stays up to 7 nights, while for longer stays of 8 nights or more, the fee is $250. We accommodate only dogs, with a limit of two per stay, provided their combined weight does not exceed 60 lbs. It's important to obtain prior authorization for your pets to avoid any misunderstandings. Please be aware that bringing an unauthorized pet will result in a charge of $500.



Baby equipment is available for a fee.



Please note that if leave your pet unattended in the property, your pet needs to be crated. There is a $100 fine for pets that are left unattended and not crated. Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture.



We provide some home/bath essentials like basic soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Some cleaning supplies, such as dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, and trash bags, are provided. All linens and towels will also be provided, along with a starter supply of coffee. If you require any additional items upon arrival, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.



Please be aware for people with mobility issues, there is one step up to the bedroom.



There is a welcome sheet inside with further instructions, including WiFi details.



Guests may need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



For reservations of 25 nights or more, a mandatory maintenance check will be conducted to ensure the property remains in excellent condition during your stay. This check will typically take place 1.5 to 2 weeks after your arrival.

We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization.



A complimentary cleaning will be provided every two weeks for stays longer than 28 days. Please note this is mandatory.



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the unit or near open windows, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are ok as long as they don’t stay overnight.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay.

- Kindly check all drawers, cabinets, closets, and under the beds. Please make sure you do not leave anything behind. We do not ship belongings to guests after check-out. No exceptions.

Our stay was. Wonderful close to alot of things. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that there was no local tv channels everything has to be done on a streaming app ,which we don't have. Otherwise all good.

Great place to stay!

The communication was excellent. The check in and out process was easy. The place was very clean and had everything you need. It was nice to be close to everything within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again next time we are in St. Augustine.

Perfect weekend getaway

Entire experience (booking, communication with the host, checking in and out) was beyond smooth... our apartment C upon our arrival was clean, very comfortable, loved the 50's retro style decorations, walking distance to town center was less than 15 mins... so yes, all was perfect... highly recommend.

Unique retro apartment

The decor was happy, and lots of my favorite color, red. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was cozy. It was an easy walk to the historic area and great food across the street. The only minor issue is that it is on a busy street but it didn't deter us from a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a great time in St.Augustine. Weather was perfect . The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Great off street parking and nice that we where able to walk to everything.

Perfect Get Away

I really found the perfect place to stay in the Historic area of St. Augustine! We drove to the main parking area downtown (5 min) and walked around to see all the sights. One of the best things about staying here is the restaurant across the street as well as the distillery. This was my husband's first time in St. Augustine and he loved this very quaint retro apartment. It was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. We will plan a return trip soon.

Not the best by a long shot

Not advertised with correct price. Once we paid the online fee, we kept getting other fees from quebec. It had a very late check in time of 4 pm, then 2 days later a check out time by 10 am. After all this, a 42 hour rental cost 19 bucks per hour (800 total). Having said this, the place was nice but they were very demanding about the cleanliness we left it in, i.e. wash the dishes, take the garbage out, etc. There was mold in the ac, filter was filthy. We had to clean this prior to turning it on, pictures and video were taken

Great stay!

Great location, across the street from St Augustine Fish Camp and The Ice House restaurants. Within a few minutes walk to downtown St Augustine shopping and restaurants. Having grown up during the 1950s the decor was very neat a reminiscent of the time. Unit was very clean and neat. Private ground floor entrance and you have easy PARKING, a premium in St Augustine.

A great getaway

What a great little place. So clean and cozy, and close to everything. We enjoyed strolling around and felt happy coming back here to settle in for the evenings. The accommodations were plenty and well stocked. We are very happy with everything and would highly recommend.

Great Location

My husband and I enjoyed the weekend here. It was a nice little walk to all of the restaurants and shops. The Fish Camp and Ice Plant were right across the street. Both were excellent. Check in and out are simple, parking was right at the door, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Such a neat property with an awesome theme! Great location! Walking distance to the distillery and literally across the road from Fish Camp, an amazing restaurant we tried. We would absolutely come back!!
