The Space:
Set in a quiet neighbourhood, this laid-back home blends contemporary style with modern comfort, creating an inviting retreat for families or groups. Two separate living areas offer flexibility for both connection and downtime, with one space ideal for quiet conversation, while the main living area centres around a fireplace for cosy evenings. The kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances, making shared cooking simple, while the sunlit dining area invites easy, lingering meals together.
Outdoors, the patio extends your living space into the fresh air, with a large dining table for ten setting the scene for alfresco meals and a plush lounge inviting relaxed moments throughout the day. The backyard provides plenty of room for kids to play freely, while a separate games room adds a dedicated zone for entertainment and downtime.
Each bedroom is generously sized, offering a calm and restful retreat at the end of the day. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite, while the second bedroom also includes a king bed. A third bedroom is ideal for families with two single beds, and the remaining bedrooms each offer a comfortable queen bed. The main bathroom includes a bathtub and a separate shower, supporting relaxed, flexible routines for groups.
A dedicated laundry with a washing machine, along with thoughtful extras like seasonal firewood and pet-friendly access on request, rounds out a stay designed for comfort and convenience.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourself at home!
The Neighborhood:
Set in a quiet residential pocket, this home is just a short walk from Dunsborough’s vibrant town centre and a cluster of popular dining spots. Within minutes, you can reach local favourites like Blue Manna Bistro, La Lah, and Occy’s, offering everything from refined dining to relaxed pub-style meals. For everyday essentials, Coles and Woolworths are within a ten-minute walk, while Dunsborough Beach is close by for swimming, paddleboarding, or sunset walks along the bay.
Beyond this, renowned wineries and cellar doors are just a short drive away. Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club is only a four-minute drive, and Meelup Regional Park is five minutes away for coastal walks, hidden beaches, and scenic lookouts.

Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm in line with local regulations.
We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and the surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeiture of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
School Leavers:
We do not accept any school leavers' bookings at any time of the year.
Firewood:
A small supply of firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.
Pet Policy:
This property is pet-friendly. A $95 pet fee applies per pet, per stay, with a maximum of two pets permitted. All pets must be approved before arrival. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms and must not be left unattended at any time. Guests must ensure pets are supervised throughout their stay, and noise restrictions still apply. All pet waste must be cleaned up, and any excess mess, waste, or animal hair left behind may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Rental Agreement:
As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement before arrival.
