Great property

My family loved this property and their stay here. Perfect place for big families such as mine. Communication with the host was great very accomodating and helpful. Location was great too close proximity to local shops. I would highly recommend and I would definitely book again.

The property was spacious and had good potential, but felt a little run down and basic. The listing mentioned “hotel quality bedding,” though the bedding and towels didn’t meet that standard. While there was air conditioning downstairs, the single unit in the master bedroom made sleeping areas quite warm, and the pedestal fans were dusty. Some window screens were also torn, so we couldn’t open windows without bugs coming in. Communication could be improved, but with a few maintenance updates, this could be a much nicer stay.

Be Aware before booking the property!!You will find many other guests like cockroaches, spiders, ants and many other insects to share the property with you!!Property doesn't have central Air-conditioning, only one ensuit and living room have seperate wall mount units. If you are staying here and intend to use more than one bedrooms, Good Luck !!!Also, younwont get timely communication from the property manager and be ready to get the answers like its ok to have cockroaches in Australian home!!Overall, terrible experience and had to put lot of efforts to change the property mid way during our stay.

Good location & spacious - lack of living essentials

The place is spacious and nice soundly modern - and handy location to different amenities and shopping centres - code no was wrong ,I had to wait one hour for the host to return my call to get the right code- lacking of essentials ...ex. outside seating , kitchen utensils are incomplete including some cleaning parts - the central cooling system was not working and fans were supplied after few requests,waited a while due to late communication response- the garage was locked and not accessible - surprise basket upon arrival wasn't there- -limited no. of clothes hangers and desk lamps not working - surprising has a TV but no antenna means we couldn't use it apart from You tube .

An underwhelmed experience

We were disappointed due to the reasons below, firstly we couldn’t check in after 8:30pm due to the booking was overlooked, the house was urgently cleaned after I have contacted the host on the day. An apology text was sent to me and stated there will be a refund due to the inconvenience but never happened till now. I have tried to contact the host via text and Vrbo app with no responses. Secondly, my 12 year old boy and my nephew both got allergies due to large amounts of cat hair, luckily we have carried medication with us. Lastly there was only one soap in the upstairs bathroom which was used. two clothes hangers for the entire wardrobe and the 3rd bedroom doesn’t have any bedside tables. Overall everyone was underwhelmed.
