Great view and location. Lots to see and do around the area. We were unaware that we needed to request a crib and highchair; received the travel crib after 2 nights and no high chair. Was not informed that the water was to be shut off from 9 am to 3 pm on one day- we had to vacate the property due to safety concerns for our 1 year old grandson.(no washing, cooking or cleaning).

I want to support private rentals. The suite location was great. It was clean and well laid out. I did not enjoy my stay as much as I hoped because it was hot and I could not adjust the air. The fan helped but had to run it all night and the noise in the bedroom from the fan did not offer much of a good sleep. The other concern is the elevators. Long, long waits.

Summer Holiday

The property is in an excellent location and easy to get to the Roger’s Centre, CN Tower and local grocery stores and coffee shops.The pictures are a bit misleading as only one picture was from our suite. We could not use the pool as we weren’t residents of the property. Beds were not comfortable and since there were five of us, one slept on a hard couch.The suite was clean.

Stayed here for the Eras tour toronto. Perfect walking distance from the rogers center and beautiful surrounding area of toronto. Apartment was very nice. Initial check in is a little strange but once you get the key fob left for you in the unit it is extremely easy. Would stay here again

Convenient location and spotless!

We were so pleased with the cleanliness of this condo when we checked in. The host sent very clear check-in procedures and everything went seamlessly. The location was so convenient to everything - we walked from Union Station to check in! It was also super quiet, which was appreciated. Would stay again - thanks so much!

Excellent location to Sports/Entertainment Area

This place is all about the location; yet it is not luxury because the furniture was inexpensive, screen door was torn, and online photos were illustrative only—not actual representations. Overall, it was an ok apartment near great attractions.

Toronto Blue Jays Excursion

Great location for taking in the Entertainment District in Toronto. Arrived at Billy Bishop Airport and in about 20 mins we were at the Condo. Walking distance from Rogers Center, CN Tower, Aquarium and the waterfront. Great restaurants close by.

**Please note that the dates above are incorrect. I was confirmed for August 21-24 but was not given the opportunity to stay there. The host failed to communicate with me. There was no response to any of my messages, phone calls or texts. Less than 24 hours before check in and no check in instructions therefore no place to stay. I booked almost 1 year ago with full payment. It felt like a scam or that the host ignored me so they could repost for a higher price. I checked and someone was staying there but it wasn’t my party and I. Vrbo was no help. Each agent gave me conflicting information and a very difficult time before giving me my refund. Very unprofessional all around. So disappointed.

Two fundamental problems. First - I had to ping 3x the manager - AFTER check-in time - just to get entry instructions. Second - I was rerouted to a different location based on my reserved unit having an issue. The rerouted location was clean and great - but was a 1 bdrm when I reserved and paid for a 2 bdrm. Then - radio silence when I requested a discount for receiving less than I paid for.

Perfect Location

This property is in the perfect location to enjoy the city of Toronto. It comes with a parking spot that is easy to access and very secure. The apartment was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The property manager was challenging to get check in information from BUT once that was hurdled they were very accomodating. The apartment could use some maintenance but that did not get in the way of us enjoying our stay.

Parking a pain

Finding the parking spot was a chore then only to find someone already parked there then go back up to get cell service then go back down to finally find the 3rd spot they gave you was empty. Location good, beds good, clean. Use the fob for the front door and elevators

Women's Weekend Getaway

This accommodation was in a perfect area for shopping, dining and evening entertainment. The building location left us feeling very safe when we went out in the evening. The host was easy to get in touch with for assistance with checking in and out. The underground parking was safe and well lit. I would recommend this rental unit to anyone ! Looking forward to coming back when we head to Toronto for another friends excursion !

Family trip

The apartment was nice and in a great location, very convenient to walk to many attractions and restaurants. Having only one fob with multiple adults in the group was inconvenient because you had to use it to activate the elevators and reach your floor. Quite often one or two of the elevators would not be working causing a long line for the remaining elevator as there were over 40 floors. Also the pool and other mentioned were not available to short term guests and should be removed from the listing. Overall we enjoyed it though and had a great stay in Toronto!

Guys’ Trip

There were 4 of us that stayed at this property. The room was very clean. The location was great. The property manager did sent us check-in information and check-out information that helped out a lot. Parking was free, which was nice, but the parking process was confusing. We were glad that we did not rent a large vehicle or, because the parking spots were small. The elevator was also an issue. There were times when we would wait 10-15 minutes to catch the elevator. This is not the fault of the property manager, though. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Amazing location; great apartment

Had a great great great city vacation with spouse and 2 teens. Could just squeeze in the roll away bed into the 2nd bed room for the 2 kids to be in there. It was just fine but expect that 2nd room to be tight with 2 kids. The location was phenomenal. The pool was great. The balcony and window view was amazing. I live in a luxury house in the Midwest and while I wouldn’t call the apartment luxury per se, it was pretty darn close with great amenities. Parking was free too. Everything else in the area was at least $100 more without pool and parking. Got check in directions the day of, and responsive by phone when I needed to change dates. I highly recommend this apartment and I never recommend or leave reviews for anything. We just had so much family fun, even with teenagers! Also very safe with security 24-7 at the building.

Depends on what unit you’re assigned

The photos shown are not at all like the unit we were given. No kitchen table. No access to pool as mgr advised you have to stay a month to have access, which we were not advised of until we asked about it when we arrived.The only seating was one small L shape sofa that was not the best quality for 4 adults & 2 bar stools. The unit itself was nice but a bit dated & view/location is great for the unit we had.

Inaccurate and misleading

In the listing for the condo it clearly shows and outdoor pool there was no one at this location. The elevators do not work this is a common problem for this building as the residence had informed us. The condo was dirty and has mold … I took photos. There weee no face cloths or hand towels there was left over tooth paste in the bathroom and chip crumbs on the end table . Tried to talk to the property manager about it he just blew me he didn’t care one bit.
