It consists of a main, three-floor home and a private studio and offers a total of five comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms and bathrooms providing all the relaxation after an unforgettable day. 
Whether you're seeking a tranquil escape, indulging in a movie, engrossed in a book, or simply luxuriating in the sun by the pool or ocean, there's something here for everyone. 

Configuration  
As soon as you step foot in this luxurious beachfront retreat, you're welcomed by a very stylish and comfortable sitting room/study. Its elegant design and décor perfectly enhance the beauty of its stunning surroundings. 
Enjoy an all year around pleasant temperature in the air-conditioned  open concept design living space with a fully equipped kitchen and an adjacent dining area on the upper floor;  you can catch the breeze when you open the ocean facing large sliding doors during summer and in the winter the fire will keep you warm and cosy as you watch the changing surfscape from all levels. On this upper floor, you will also find a bedroom, bathroom, and laundry facilities, providing convenience and functionality. The downstairs area of the main house features two additional bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, along with a fitness room. For added privacy, a separate fully self-contained studio awaits, offering a serene and rejuvenating retreat.

The tranquil bedrooms in the main house are complemented by five resort-style marble bathrooms, with four of them being ensuites; the ensuite on the main floor can also be accessed from the open-floor plan living area for added convenience. All bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries, eliminating the need for you to bring your own.

The entry-floor study is ideal for guests who want to check their email or attend to work in complete privacy whilst the spacious and homey living room on the main can be considered a primary gathering spot. Find your place on the comfy sofa, cuddle up with a good book by the fireplace, watch your favourite TV show or gather with family and friends to discuss your upcoming adventures. 
If you'd like to enjoy the million-dollar views without leaving the comfortable indoors, the family area on the main floor is the place for you!

The fully equipped kitchen with cutting-edge appliances, spacious Italian marble countertops and central kitchen island offer ample space to unleash your culinary skills from a simple breakfast to a gourmet three-course dinner. While your meal is being prepared, have a few drinks in the alfresco courtyard and once ready, serve it on the dining table and let the enticing aroma beckon everyone to a delicious feast!

Whether you long for a tranquil escape, seek entertainment, wish to lose yourself in the pages of a captivating book, or simply desire to bask in the warmth of the pool or ocean, there is an abundance of experiences tailored to every individual. Allow yourself to disconnect, indulge in a cinematic masterpiece, or revel in the joy of a good read while soaking up the sun. To maintain the beauty of our property, our staff will be attending to the grass areas and plants three times a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM. During this time, we'll be watering the plants in the driveway area for a maximum of 30 minutes, ensuring there's no disruption to your experience.

Special Property Information 
Nestled directly on the pristine shores and set against the backdrop of the natural landscape, our home offers an escape into serenity. We are pleased to provide complimentary Wi-Fi as a convenience to our guests. However, due to our unique location and the direct beachfront setting, interruptions in Wi-Fi and internet connectivity are not an uncommon occurrence. We encourage our guests to prepare a back-up plan for moments where a reliable Wi-Fi connection is essential.

Booking excerpt as per Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions

Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats and can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests including visitors, with prior approval required for extra guests. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation.

Guests will be asked to complete a guest registration form, sign a rental agreement, and be able to provide government IDs of all adults – please answer all questions truthfully to help us tailor your reservation. Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate cancellation or eviction.

We require that guests adhere to the mandatory NSW Code of Conduct for the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Industry. Parties, hens, bucks, or other celebration gatherings are not permitted and due to new restrictions, noise complaints can result in a $500 on the spot fine. Please respect our neighbours and be mindful of noise levels throughout your stay. Noise and security monitoring devices installed within legal guidelines, including one security cameras overlooking the driveway and for liability reasons, there is an unmonitored security camera overlooking the public beach access.

Our home is self-catering, offering starter supplies usually sufficient for a weekend stay. While firewood, travel cots, and highchairs are not provided, you can book these and other additional services through our guest portal after completing registration.

Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book.

A security deposit of $2,000 will be withheld for your stay two days before your arrival and released after departure, pending the home inspection.
