Ideal for couples, families, and groups alike, experience classic Papamoa holidaying just a short drive away from cafes, dining, and amenities. Spend your trip walking across the dunes to the beach, embracing the essence of slow living.

In warmer months, take a short walk across the road to one of the most beautiful coastlines in the country. Seek shade under the palms and pohutukawa trees, and make use of the full section for outdoor games, barbecues, and leisurely evenings. Enjoy the outdoor shower after your ocean dip and savor the fresh fruit from the trees while listening to the melodic tunes of Tui birds.

During the winter, take a stroll on the beach before cozying up with a book and a cup of something warm, followed by preparing a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen.

Three bedrooms are at your disposal, two with queen bed setups and one with two single beds. Linen is provided, allowing you to arrive with just your bags and beach vibes. The home accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms.

The property features two bathrooms, both equipped with showers (no baths), a washing machine, and a dryer. To keep this original build cozy, heaters and a heat pump are available.

Plenty of off-street parking is provided, and the fully fenced property ensures privacy. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use. Extras for you to enjoy include a Smart TV, Unlimited WIFI, and games and activities to enhance your stay. This bach invites you to experience the charm and comfort of Papamoa in a home with a rich history and timeless appeal.

- The main guest who books the home must be at least 25 years of age
- All linen is provided

Payment Terms:
Full payment for your stay will be processed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Guest Portal:
You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival.
Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.

Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
